5 starsMike arrived on time and introduced himself when I opened the door. He explained that he was going to inspect the house for signs of termite activity. He asked if we had a basement and I took him downstairs. Mike did a thorough inspection throughout the basement and found signs of activity in what he described as "mud tubes". I asked Mike if it would be a good idea to scrape it off and he said yes. Mike explained that the mud tubes could be old from when we had the original termite treatment. I asked if it would be a good idea if I scraped them off the joist and he said yes. Mike said that he would call back in two weeks to see if there is signs of any new activity. If so, the company would treat again under the warranty. If not, it would confirm that the mud tubes were old and inactive. Mike did a great job of inspecting and explaining. 5 starsJon is very thorough, knowledgable and professional. He arrived right on time and checked the exterior mouse traps and other pest control checks and applications. He is by far the best wildlife expert I have met from a pest control company. He has solved many issues for us eg. flying squirrels in attic (after TAP was installed), mice, bats roosting in a covered porch area, woodpeckers destroying exterior parts of house.Review fromDeborah D

5 stars**** showed up on time within the time slot that was pre-arranged. **** introduced himself, was pleasant and listened to the problems we are having with ants entering into our house. **** asked questions to get a good handle on where to spay. I thought he was just going to spray inside our home, but after talking with him, he also sprayed outside too. **** was pleasant, efficient, and made sure everything was clean. Great job! This review is for Todd and Dutch. I continue to experience and receive professional service from all of the technicians at Newtown Termite and Pest Control. Todd is confident, experienced, swift and works well with his wildlife expert colleagues on exclusion solutions. Dutch, as I understood, is a new team member. His knowledge of wildlife is admirable. He explained bat behavior in an area/alcove where we had bat activity. The placement of netting and patching an entry area will hopefully exclude bat activity going forward.
