1 starWell been a customer for many years and once again they pull a bait and switch and bill for services that were already paid ! Then they act like your aware and get nasty

Mr. Baker obviously can not read a contract or spell. He was trying to rip us off trying to have an initial cover his entire year we do not play those games. Clearly says on the contract how payments are to be made which he signed and then complained about later. The person he spoke to him on the phone is probably one of the nicest ladies in the world we never get rude unless the customer gets rude with us and then we are a mirror we treat people exactly how they treat us.

1 starDO NOT DO BUSINESS with This company. They lie about the services they provide and dont create contracts that clearly outline what you get for the money you pay. They only discuss coverage over the phone and not via emails. This is an intentional tactic to not leave any written records when they decide to cancel your contract and not do any work. I paid them close to $400 and all they did was setup a couple traps that never caught the mice. they were supposed to seal 5 entry points and never did the work. One day they decided to terminate my contract without completing any of the work they agreed to of over the phone and without refunding any of my money. This is a lesson learn to always get clear contract documentation on what you get for what you pay.
In addition the technicians were never prepared to do the work they had to do. They don’t document what they do and don’t communicate internally so everyone is always lost and has no clue on what needs to be accomplished.Newtown Termite & Pest Control, Inc

Unfortunately we have to deal with very dishonest people from time to time. This person is completely unreasonable, we made eight appts that we showed up for on time and she would not let our technicians inside to do their work. Very mean and yelling and cursing at the technicians. We will not tolerate disrespect. We did refund these horrible peoples money. They are flat out liars. Judge us by our body of reviews. I wouldn’t service these people again ever and other companies should watch out.
