    I'm very happy with TSI. Their customer service was excellent. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The pick up and delivery of 2 pieces of antique furniture went smoothly and without any damage to the 2 pieces we sent. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to others. Jeanne

    TSI moved a beautiful loom and bench from Missouri to Arizona for me. It arrived ahead of schedule, in perfect condition, delivery people removed all wrappings in record time and placed it exactly where I wanted it to be. I am very satisfied with TSI’s care handling my precious purchase and would recommend them as a very favorable shipping company.

    BEWARE!!! If you value your health, your money, and your household furniture and belongings, STAY AWAY from this company. I'm 66 and have been through some stressful times in my life, but Moving For Seniors topped them all by becoming the most stressful, sorriest, and unprofessional company I have ever, ever dealt with. They're all a bunch of liars, from the CEO down to the loaders. When you call them out on their lies, they won't answer the phone and eventually block your number. That's one of the reasons they get all your money up front, because they know they're a worthless company. They get your money and farm your move out to the lowest bidder, and I mean the lowest of low. My contract said they would pickup on the 10th and deliver on the 11th. A 250 mile move. The movers arrived a day and a half late for pickup, they looked like they just came from a backwoods redneck bar, there wasn't enough on the brokendown trailer they brought, so they crammed the the rest in the back of my car, they had several boxes with them and because they didn't have room to take them with them, they throwed the boxes on the back of my property. Four days later and we still haven't received our furniture. When you contact Moves For Seniors, all they do is apologize and absolutely do nothing to remedy the situation. They point fingers at the movers, and the movers point fingers back at them, and it all ends up being lies. You've been warned!!!

    Moves For Seniors is aware of this shipment and understands the customer's frustration. The move schedule was affected due to mechanical issues our partner had with their truck; therefore, the load and delivery dates were impacted by several days. This information was communicated to our customer as we understood the customer was expecting certain timeframes to be met. Since that time, the shipment has been delivered and is completed. There was no theft or lying as stated in the statement from the customer- only an explanation and apology to our customer for the delay and inconvenience the equipment issue caused. Our Director of Operations has been in communication with the customer as it is always our goal to deliver great service. Unfortunately, things can happen in logistics which are out of our control and can impact how our partner operates. To further assist the customer, we have offered a service credit for the move (25%) of the move to be refunded so we are currently working on this as a resolution for the customer. Thank you.

    I contacted TSI after a bad experience with another mover. I received a quote quickly and I had one point of contact to answer my questions. The crews picking up and delivering the pieces were professional and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

    Service was excellent from start to end. Telephone agent was knowledgeable and helpful. Pickup in Lewes, DE was on time and professional. All goods were delivered in Denver as promised and excellent condition. Would use service again.

    They did a great job getting a family grandfathers clock halfway across the country to my daughter. They kept me apprised of all logistics including crating, pick up, and delivery. I was impressed.

    I had arranged the pick up of a valuable family heirloom and expressly stated that the pick up must take place before 9/2. I paid an additional $650 for 'expedited' service. The agreement was worded pick up to take place "by 9/2". I was clear with the company I needed the item picked up before 9/2 in every communication, both verbal and written. I assumed our understanding of their wording was identical... before 9/2. I received a call 9/1 that the item would be picked up 9/2 at 3pm With no choice I agreed. I had closed on my home at 9am but I was able to put occupancy by the buyers until 9/2 at 5pm. The pick up did not take place at 3 on 9/2 as agreed, and after several phone calls (in everyone between 3pm-5:30, I was told "20 mins") I had no choice but to vacate the home at 530pm including leaving behind thus heirloom. TSI is now charging me a 10% cancelation fee even though they clearly broke the agreement. They now claim that with wording 'by 9/2' included pick up on 9/2 regardless of a clear understanding of my intention and desires. Not only are they pretenting to have not clearly understood my deadline but they are ignoring the lies I was told each time I heard "20 mins" on 9/2. Not only did I loose this family heirloom but they want me to pay them for a cancelation that was their responsibility. Obviously I do not advise using their services.

    This customer booked our priority service which stated pickup must occur by 9/2. That means pickup can occur any date leading up to 9/2 and including 9/2. The customer did express that he prefer the pickup take place prior to 9/2 but we confirmed in writing that it would be by 9/2 and could not guarantee the pickup would occur prior to that date. Our service is consolidated shipping which means our trip schedules rely upon truck availability and volume. We always defer to our dispatcher/scheduling team for updates and are clear when communicating with our customers. This particular move was happening on 9/2 and our local partner showed up 20 minutes past the 2 hour time frame given (3-5pm). Unfortunately, the customer had to leave the residence before the crew arrived. If the customer had called TSI to say he had to leave and could not wait the additional time- we would have been happy to have cancelled his shipment and let our partner know to not proceed and make the trip. This however, was not the case and our crew arrived and traveled quite a distance to the pickup location. An attempt fee was charged and per our paperwork, there is a 10% cancellation fee which the customer was made aware of. While we regret the move did not go as planned, we were clear with our communication to the customer and were honest about our service and limitations. Thank you.

    Very reliable Company. Pick-up was within the time frame given, staff was courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing, and got right to the quick packing of my mother's grandfather clock in Pennsylvania. Delivery was within a month's time in Montana. I might mention the key got lost in the move; but my clock guy in Montana had an extra and with a little modification made it work. Very pleased with the entire move and I would use TSI again.

    Great job packing and delivering a very fragile curio cabinet. Also moved 20+ boxes, a couch table and several paintings...all with no issues. Communication was great, both at pick up and drop off. Thanks for making that part of the move easier!

    TSI did an excellent job of shipping my high end furniture from Florida to Texas! My furniture arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend TSI! They are worth every cent!
