    Karen R. This was a very good experience moving 4 chairs and some other smaller things from Houston to San Francisco. Everything arrived in good shape and I was pleased that the extra fee for dropping the things off at 2 separate houses was reasonable. I would use this service again if I have the need.

    Great experience! My kitchen table was transported from WI to OH in the time frame outlined in contract. Easy pick up and easy drop off. The moving crews were very kind and respectful. A little pricey but worth it. I would recommend using TSI for shipping single furniture items cross country.

    I had a lot of questions going into this, because it was a partial move of a few items, not a full truckload. I've relocated a lot over the course of my career and know things can go terribly wrong sometimes. TSI exceeded my expectations. Kathy the phone rep was so knowledgable and clearly knew the process really well. She answered all my questions and when I learned that the building I live in was just about to start major elevator repairs and would not allow any deliveries or move-outs for two weeks, she was able to get me scheduled for the pick-up of my stuff beforehand. The dispatcher was also very responsive and the actual movers (moving stuff out and then later moving the stuff into my new place) were courteous and careful. And everyone arrived during the time slot I was given. One of my best moving experiences ever, and I will use them again

    TSI was very professional, on time, made the process very simple and delivered my mom's piano to her in assisted living. She was thrilled to have the piano given to her by her father 70 years ago back in her possession, safe and sound. Great movers!

    All my boxes were shipped and arrived undamaged in a very timely manner. Everyone I talked to on the phone and in person was professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would recommend TSI to anyone that needs small freight shipped.
