      Our service manager ****** was able to work out a resolution with the customer. We are going to come out for a free fungicide treatment to take care of the disease present on the lawn. ****** will follow up with the customer after that has some time to take effect and if needed we'll do a free aeration and seeding.

      BBB is BS. A complete waste of my time. You let these predator companies get away with all kinds of things that hurt consumers. ***, connected to **************************************** from Green Lawn who requested payment. I told her I didn't feel I should pay anything because I canceled in November 2024. She said if I paid one payment of $68.84 that would resolve the matter. She had me hang on because she needed a Manager's Final Approval. She said the call was being recorded and I repeated that if I paid $68.84 the matter would be resolved. She said yes it would so I paid $67.84 with a credit card. After I received an emailed receipt that also was copied to ******* ****** and ******* ******. Yesterday 6/12/25 at 7:03pm, I received a text message from a ******* at Green Lawn stated that there was a balance due. I want my $68.84 I paid refunded. $67.84 for 1 application plus late fees.

      We have been their clients now many years. Last year my lawn was a mess even though we had paid full years services. Manager ***** has tried to fix it a few times but entire summer the lawn was a mess while neighbors lawns looked fine. This year I was told to speak to ***** again for a significant discount for moving forward this year. I have called many times to get ***** **** me back and have asked them to stop the services until I speak with ***** *******. ***** finally emailed me and again I emailed him not to keep servicing my property until we speak. He has not responded. Now I find out they came out on my property to service it while I was away and keep adding to th charges. This is a terrible practice and I have now been trying to speak to a manager on the phone for a few months. Terrible customer service especially for loyal clients like us. I am requesting corporate office call back and discuss the price.

      few mins I see my card is charged $71.97 by Green Lawn, I called them and explained everything and requested a refund. The lady on the phone kept on repeating 'service is auto-renewed because I didn't cancel and they cannot refund as service is already rendered' I explained 'again' that I did call to cancel last year (ofcourse I did that's why there was no service since Aug2024) so it's their fault if they didn't cancel plus they're suppose to notify BEFORE scheduling,, but the conversation wasn't going anywhere so I hung up. I called them again just now and spoke to a different person and got the same response!It's very frustrating how this company is taking advantage of customers by silently forcing their service and charging fees knowing not all customers know they can dispute or report them. I request BBB's help for a full refund and use this platform to make other customers aware of this company, thank you.

I have attached the e-mail correspondence between me and the business confirming that the account is cancelled and there is a $0.00 balance on the account. I am satisfied with this resolution.

      argued that I did not call after the final service which I did with the call answered by ******. Why must I call multiple times to ensure that they cancel my service account? Also, ******, whom I called 2 days before my service would expire assured me that it would be cancelled. This feels like predatory sales to me. I could see it as an oversight on their part if it weren't for the fact that I had to continuously call them to cancel a service not on my terms but on theirs. I should not be expected to pay for the service placed yesterday. The irony is on their no reply e-mail with attached invoice it states "Please note, services are continuous from year to year unless you notify us in writing or by phone your desire to cancel." My three calls did not matter to them apparently.

      We have made multiple attempts to contact this home owner without success. We wanted to apologize over the phone for the unwanted solicitation. Our **** are trained to not knock when a no soliciting sign is present. We are very sorry that our *** missed the **** with this home.

      October called office told representative I can't afford it anymore . First week of November a tech showed up at my residents unannounced. I told tech I can't afford it anymore. He left and I was charged for service. Couple weeks later i received a call on a Friday stating a tech would be out Monday for application of product . I told him do not come out I can't afford it. I was charge again. After seeing charges on my bank statement for two applications. I Called the office an requested a refund since no product was applied . I was told by representative they applied the product both times. They would charge me half price for the two applications in November if I promised to continue service come next spring . I have a 24 hour security system and there was nothing showing green lawn personal applying the product the two times in November. I also found out no application was done in one area and when I questioned the tech he told me because it's on a hill they couldn't ride the machine there . The company's ethics are questionable and I was totally dismayed at "you promise to keep service come next spring" and will give you half off for November.

      On August 28, 2024, Green Lawn failed to complete a service and then billed me $52.25 after I complained and advised I would not pay them. They offered to send a technician back to my home, but this was not the first time this happened, and I had previous complaints with them. I declined and cancelled their services. They continued to harass me for payment. I do not believe I should be responsible for payment of a service not completed.

      The business contacted me. *** sent ****** out to walk property, ****** agreed to provide areration and seeding on visit 11/11. He stated this service was going to be provided be the end of the week 11/16. No service was completed. I also asked this to be noted in customer portal. No notes in the portal were added.  *** called later in day following up and asked me to remove the complaint, which I will not be doing until I get resolution.  What are the next steps to take, how do I escalate to get results

      We did have a manager come out to do a repair a month ago and now we are in our offseason where well need to wait to the ****** in order to do any further repairs to his lawn. We have tried to contact the customer multiple times without success.
