      In 2023, I utilized Green ****** services. The service was acceptable. In March of 2024, I called the company and told them I DID NOT want service in 2024. They sent a truck anyway for service in Spring 2024 and because I was in the driveway, I told the driver NOT to provide the service and that I had discontinued service for 2024.I received an invoice for a service that I DID NOT authorize and have invested hours in phone calls and emails to resolve the issue. I asked them to zero out the $ 98 invoice and they have refused and have now threatened to send the account collections. I assured them I will NOT pay for a service I DID NOT authorize. They refuse to remove the balance. I cancelled service and I even turned them away. I should not be responsible for their mistakes or their system keeping me active when I cancelled service. I would like the $98 change removed from my account and the account closed.It is seemingly impossible to speak with a manager and amicably resolve the matter. There is NO reasoning with this company.

      The customer spoke to our retention specialist *** the other day. There customers account has been canceled. There was a chargeback so we are just waiting on that to be processed to zero our the account but that will be done.

      Green Lawn Fertilizer called my wife, *******************************, in June and offered their mosquito control service. My wife responded that she would have to talk to me and did not accept the service. We were surprised when we started receiving emails and phone calls stating that we had a past-due amount owed of $202.40. We wondered why they kept putting their signs in our yard, advertising that we were their customers. We threw the signs away. I spoke with 4 different representatives via phone calls, to tell them we never agreed to the service and did not want it. They all stated that they sent an email confirming they were providing the mosquito treatment. I said we did not see the email and never agreed to the services. When I became upset and told them I was contacting the Better Business Bureau and perhaps even a lawyer they countered by cutting the charge by half to $101.70. I said I could not agree to that payment but would speak with my wife. We do not want to pay any amount for a service forced on us.

      Will the company return the $679.20 to my bank account?  Because as of today, it is still not reflected as a refund of my money

      We refunded the $679.20 for aeration and seeding. It may be two credits for the service amount of $637 and sales tax of $42.20. We applied the credit to her credit card. She mentioned it not being on her bank statement so perhaps that is the confusion?

      I did respond back 9/15/2024 re: Green Lawn Fertilizing stating it would take up to 3 billing cycles for my refund to be seen.  The money was taken from a debit card and if they did issue a refund, I should have been able to see that transaction in a few days.  This is still unresolved because I have not received my refund as they claim they processed

      I saw the business response re refund, however it was a debit card on the account not a credit card and I still do not have a refund. A debit card refund would not take 2 billing cycles

      Hello

      I have my bank statements from Aug and Sept 19th which the debit card Green Lawn Fertilizing charged and there is no refund of $679.20.  I do hesitate to send my bank statements to you, however I need to prove and show there hasn't been a return.  I have ******* looking into this as well.  If the refund was returned to Green Lawn since that debit card is no longer active, they would see the refund returned to them

      I was offered via a phone solicitation a one time "try it" mosquito application, and told via the sales person that I could decide after the fact if I was satisfied if I would like to continue with with an annual program. I received and paid for the initial application. I was not told that I had been signed up for an annual program, and the email sent to me ended up in my junk inbox. A second mosquito application was then done and I was sent a bill for $74.20. I called and was told I had signed up for a program, that it was in my email, and I needed to pay or I would be sent to collections. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available, but one would return my call within 24 to 72 hours. I never received a call, so I called again today (7/10). I spoke to a different person on the phone who regurgitated the same story that I had signed up for a program, never cancelled after the first application and owed $74.20. I was also told if I did not pay I would be turned over to collections. Requested a supervisor call back again - not confident that will happen.

      I believe this may have been resolved where we agreed to split the balance and the customer's portion was paid. I apologize for whatever we did which was perceived as a deceptive sales practice. We could have communicated better at the point of sale so the customer was not surprised by the charge.

      card in my yard, no plastic bag on my front door handle with treatment info and no marks on my lawn from from the equipment. All things I would see when they previously treated my lawn. I was set up on auto pay with them but I had to get a new bank card so they don't have access to take the money from my account. So now they have been hounding me with text messages and phone calls, and now I have been informed they are going to start tacking on an APR. I have called them twice and my wife has called once explaining the situation, but it's like talking to a wall. We keep being hounded. I don't think I should have to pay for a service that I cancelled. I would consider paying it if I was certain they did perform the service, but as I mentioned, no evidence of them being here. So, I just want them to acknowledge this is there own fault due to automation and poor in-house communication and void the bill. It's only for $75.

      I purchased a yearly subscription for lawn care with this company. The company is scheduled to come out monthly to spray my lawn. The technician came out on Wednesday 5/22/24 to do the monthly spray and I noticed he arrived at my home at 12:47pm and was already wrapping up his hose at 12:51pm. I thought this visit was rather quick considering the tech was supposed to be spraying 2 different applications, needing 2 different hoses. I checked my backdoor camera and saw that the tech entered by back yard but only sprayed a 1/4 of my lawn and only had 1 hose. When I called the company to let them know, the representative that answered the phone was very **** and continued to tell me that my camera may have missed him, and cameras do not pick up everything (her words). I explained the camera picked the tech up the previous month and we have had no issues with our camera. I told the representative that I wanted a full refund of $76.32 as the service was not fully completed. The representative stated she would need to escalate the refund to her manager. I have yet to hear from anyone. I am in the service industry and the first thing I should have received as a paying customer was an apology not a derogatory comment about my camera. I am requesting a full refund of the $76.32, Thank you

      We have got service from green lawn to get our lawn treated front and back. We seen no changes to the yard. This year we canceled service. They showed up anyway and after he finished moving the dog toys I noticed he was in the yard and told him I wasnt getting service so he could leave and I will call the company to cancel again. After trying to convince me to get service i confirmed that I was not getting service. He then left and I called the company and they said no problem that they will cancel the charges since we didnt receive a treatment to the yard. Now two months later I received a bill for $54. I called the company and they said that the representative ***** put a note that he did the service so they are charging me. I dont owe them $54 because I received no treatment to the yard and never gave anyone permission to enter my yard.
