      They covered a set amount the first visits, then the second visits, 6 months later, for the SAME EXACT THING, cleaning and x-rays, they DECREASED COVERAGE by half. THEN when I called and tried to discuss this, after an hour they said they would file a request for it to be reviewed and someone would call me. NOONE HAS CALLED ME.

      Absolutely a joke to deal with. ***** Delay Delay. They drug their feet on a claim I had on my Gap policy. I called them on it and they apologized and said that they would expedite it. I gave it a week and checked again. Their response was " Please allow 30 business days for an update on the expedite request". LOL, can't make this stuff up. Been paying on this policy for many years and they are doing everything they can to make me give up trying. Not gonna happen. No way to do business.

      I was overcharged on my insurance twice, only got my money back once. I cancelled my policy and they charged me again. None of the charges are even the same. First one was for $260, of course thats the one they didnt refund. They did admit that there was a glitch in their computers but then told me I hadnt been charged for 3 months because of that glitch and that was why I was all of a sudden seeing a $260 charge. I had been paying on a lot of hospital bills and could see it happening but I honestly thought i had seen the payment go thru but since I wasnt sure I let it go. That was on me. The second one was for $170, they refunded that one admitting they were at fault. Not wanting a repeat I cancelled my policy after I received my money on December 5th. I was promised on December 19th after making several calls to them trying to figure out what was taking so long to cancel my policy they confirmed that it had been cancelled and that I wouldnt be charged. On December 26th (2 days ago) they charged me $67. I will be calling them back on Monday to speak with someone to get my money back. I will also be putting a stop payment on them thru my bank to avoid future charges.

      .. run... put the money you spend a month into a savings plan. It has been a nightmare to file a legit claim, forms upon forms that would take a trained insurance person to fill out. NOW the Loomis website is out of order. Criminal enterprise is a good term.

      RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! After a year of paying $59 each month, these crooks only paid for half my crown and paid NOTHING on cleaning....

      Gap insurance is a joke - I have submitted a claim 7 times - never got a denial but the bill was never paid. Save yourself and your company headaches and don't use them

      NO doctor can ever verify the insurance. Always get a full bill because of this. Confirmed with my HR the member ID on the card is correct.

      If i dont get a full bill, they pass it off on obamacare (which is a separate pain in the ass because I can't ever cancel it). Why would i pay Loomis for insurance for them to pass the bills off on a free insurance that I'm not supposed to be using?

      Like, seriously shady, crappy company. Definitely getting private insurance next year, and not this shitty crap from my job.

      This company is a scam. I canceled the policy and I am still getting charged. I cannot find the number that I called before to call again. I didn't even get an insurance packet with my benefits listed. A total rip off. NO stars!

      This company is a complete ripoff and I advise all to be stay away. I purchased this insurance as a supplemental insurance for hospitalization. I had an overnight stay in December of 2022. I submitted a claim in February of 2023. The company never reached out to me concerning missing documents and there was nothing online to find out the status of my claim. After months of speaking to numerous individuals in customer service, my claim was finally processed only to be denied because my hospitalization was not one of their covered services. It took from February to August only to get denied because of something I had no idea about considering the fact I never received a policy detailing what services were included in overnight stays in a hospital. The information provided to me was it covered bills for overnight stays in a hospital. No exclusions were provided. I wish I could give negative stars. When open enrollment starts, I will definitely discontinue this policy. A waste of money and my time.
