  My husband has been trying to cancel Loomis insurance and they were suppose to send him an email to cancel it twice and they never did plus they never gave him the insurance he signed up for to begin with. So now he has to cancel his debit card so they can't take anymore more money from him.

  This company is terrible. I had to go through the state insurance commissioner to make them pay. They kept telling me the providers weren’t sending in the info they needed to process my claim. Finally after many months and calls they finally admitted they had the info needed but denied the claim. It took over a year to finally settle the claim. Meanwhile my credit score tanked. You do not want to deal with these unscrupulous people. This was the thanks I got after paying years and years of premiums.

  Long after the insurance ended I continued to get charged with an unauthorized automatic payment. They used a sneaky third-party back door process to rip me off.

  Should be a F-. Our company changed our insurance over to LoomisCo this year. None of my claims are being paid even though they were processed for payment 6 mos ago. When you call customer service the reps can not give you an answer as to why, because they do not have thaty type of access. They just say "well let me see what I can find out and I will call you back" I did get one call back but the rep still didn't have the answer as to why they are not paying the claims. This company is withholding money that should be going to the medical providers and medical facilities. Now I am receiving bills for the full amount because the claims are not being paid by LoomisCO.
  I see a class action suit in their very near future.

  NOT WORTH THE INSURANCE!!!
  True North Company is a company that offers truckers Accident Disability coverage thru Beazley insurance Company, Inc c/o The Loomis Company. I pay $2,300 a year for this coverage, my husband tore his bicep and rotator cuff, had surgery and therapy returned to work 6 months later. I filed my claim with Loomis Company for coverage of accident and disability. I sent a breakdown cover sheet with dates, names and cost with copies of every visit and procedure. I received a check for refund of 5 weeks premium $230.00, I received a check for disability for 6 months minus monthly Social Security for $550.00 (which I wasn't aware of it being deducted from monthly disability amount, nothing stated in policy) if I would have known that I would have canceled that policy. Also filed accident claim for doctor appointments, deductibles, surgery and therapy for 6 months, that check was $300.00!! A GRAND TOTAL OF $1080.00 During the claim process was very slow, they said they never received my claims when filed, was sent to wrong address, they don't communicate by phone unless you call them, I had to pay for 4 doctors claim forms and they said they weren't correctly filled out. One excuse after another, like they just don't care. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS POLICY THRU BEASLEY INSURANCE COMPANY C/O THE LOOMIS COMPANY!!!!!

  Won't cover baby vaccines! $800 backs a month and get billed for every dollar from hospital less $150, with the excuse that vaccines are preventive care/ wellness check up appt
