    Horrid! They ruined a clients white clothing, made them all pink and offered her $25 for a $219 blouse. Terrible service and horrible customer service

    Hello, we are very sorry for the issue with your whites. We do see that you have been in contact with our customer support team and we have addressed this issues. We have performed a free rewash of those items to attempt to remove the stains. For any items that still had staining after this free rewash, we have refunded to the fullest extent under our protection policy, which can be found on our website at www.happynest.com. Thank you.

    Fraudulent. They have charged my card for a no show when they never e en showed up. They need to be seriously looked at. Driver never showed once. Then they had the gall to charge me no show fee.When we called, **** said she's try to send them out.I am turning this business in for fraud.

    ************ had a pick up scheduled for 9/5/23. Our driver arrived at approximately 9:34am and there was no laundry left out to be picked up. We do state that if the laundry is not left out when our driver arrives for a schedule pick up, a missed pick up fee will be assessed. Here is an excerpt from the *** page on our website detailing this:

    I forgot to leave my laundry out on my scheduled pickup day. What should I do?

    HappyNest has incorporated email and text reminder tools in its software to help you remember your laundry pickup day. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out, we will charge a missed pickup fee to cover the cost of a driver going to your home or business. Missed pickup fees depend on the HappyNest location you are serviced by.

    To Avoid Missed Pickup Fees: Please cancel the pickup on your account by 4 am ET the day of your scheduled pickup. Any cancellations after 4am ET are subject to Missed Pickup fees.

    After 2 weeks of stalling me from a missed pickup, they just informed me they no longer service my area. I have piled up laundry from 2 weeks to do now because I was waiting on them to actually come. I live in ********** ******** a major suburb, not some small town. Super unhappy and would not recommend. I did like the service at first but the consistency of pickups got worse and worse until they just didn't feel like holding up the service contract.

    We partner with local laundromats and unfortunately our partnership with the laundromat in this customer's area did end. We sent out notification to this customer and all other customers impacted, letting them know. We did advise we will follow up with them once we are able to partner with a new laundromat in their area and have reestablish services.

    regretfully I am leaving this review. the first few times it was great, but after 6 months of use, the service has gone to absolute s*** They are without a doubt stuffing the washer/dryers as full as they can, on whichever temp they decide. all of my clothes are shrunk. $70-250 clothes ruined. Happy nest, I hope someone starts a class action against your company because I would happily join. You owe me thousands. HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THEIR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES TO BE RUINED.

    I have used the service several times and after returning from a holiday had them pick up our dirty laundry, right from suitcase to provided bags for pick up. Had purchased several brand new clothing items that were purchased on vacation for our daughter for her birthday. All new items except a scarf and trench coat of hers was missing White puffer pants White beach pants White t-shirt Rust bomber jacket Blue twist tie shirt Khaki wide leg jeans Khaki dress pant with fold over waist Bright blue tube top Light blue cargo pants ********************* wide leg sweats Light green trench coat Multi color tan scarf Funny that all the items her size and new were not returned. My husband and I had no missing items. They said they would review footage and after several exchanges they sent the following;I'm afraid we are not able to locate any of the items you've described and at this time would like to offer a refund.Please provide any relevant links to online stores or receipts of purchase for the missing items. Here at HappyNest, our Protection Policy covers 60% of replacement value up to $25 per item capped at $200 per order. By the way the refund is in form of credit to use this service again.NO THANKS **** NEVER use this company again and suggest you dont either.

    The only reason I give 2 stars is because the drivers are extremely nice. I have been with Happy Nest previously known as The Laundry Room Exoress here in ***********. I do not know if they are under new management in the last few months but their customer service is awful. They are flippant and uncaring. My whites are never white enough and come back with simple stains now dried into them because they were not simply treated before going into the washer or checked before going into the dryer. They ruined a brand new pair of expensive gray sheets of mine with bleach and shirts. That is the only proof I even have that they use bleach. Definitely does not reflect on my whites. Cannot even smell a hint of bleach. Have never once. I send my laundry weekly and have spent thousands of dollars. I am done. I highly recommend looking around at other services and reading reviews before hiring Happy Nest.

    I was really excited for this service. Signed up online was quoted $1.98 per pound and got to choose all my preferences and detergents. That was the last time I saw the price. I was billed $2.80 per pound and sent in 83 pounds of laundry. You can imagine my shock when I got a bill for $260.00 not to mention they dropped my laundry off same day they picked up but at almost 11pm so it sat in the pouring rain all night while their app told me it was still at the facility. I even got a text saying that it was being dropped off around **** am when it had already been there 12 hours !!!! I called the company who refused to help me because I didn't take a screen shot of my quote when I signed up . Even though I texted all my friends the same day I singed up telling them about their awesome rates, that's not enough proof. I now see why they say "send in a little to see how you like us first, first time users often underestimate the price". The clothes were all done to my specifications. Thats the only good thing I have to say. I will be going with ***** who is actually $1 and nationally acclaimed. What a mess. Buyer be ware. If you want to use them screen shot EVERYTHING you won't see pricing in the app until you get an invoice . Even then it doesn't list price per pound or call and speak to someone.

    Used three times and twice had others clothes mixed with ours. Last time delivered our clothes which were sent to another customer and picked up clothes that were not ours

    I have been using Happy best for several months, paying a fortune. My recent order was a disaster. They melted a line into my daughters washable wool-blend sweater and melted the fleece on two blankets. Many items came back still dirty, with toothpaste and other stains still in place. The service refunded me for the blankets and the sweater. But they also schitvged the fleece in my dogs bed - which is washable & durable and has been laundered by me in a laundromat several times with no issues. They refused to reimburse me for the bed, only would issue a credit which had to be used with the SAME laundry contractor who did the poor job and ruined things in first place. The customer service **** ***** said it was up to the contractor who would only provide a credit. Um, they work for YOU YOU NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the poor job and the damages. The absolute kicker, however, was that **** emailed me saying shed checked with LLBean - who sold me the bed - and LLBean has a 100% guarantee on their products so I should consider returning it to them and asking for a new bed. Can you IMAGINE?! She wants me to shift the cost of THEIR mistakes into a BLAMELESS company ???? just absolutely SHOCKING. I Ill be filing a complaint.

    Happy Nest *************** is awful! They drop off and pick up at different hours all of the time, most of time at 10pm. The whites came back gray. The clothes did not smell or feel clean even though I selected that they use a dryer sheet. When I requested fabric softenter, the blanket felt like it has been dried with a piece of plastic. It was ruined and felt very scratchy. My clothes were not bright and clean. It seemed like they were not washed at all. The tops that had lace on it were ruined, the fabric type lace was ripped. The drop off and pick up notifications never worked properly. I will never use their service again. I was very disappointed.
