    Has anyone had problems with their Hayward pool heater Gas Control Valve? Ours is only six years old and needs to be replaced.

    Had inground pool installed with all Hayward product 4 1/2 years ago. So far both LED lights went $1200 each, pump and motor $2200, salt cell $1000, salt cell electroncs repair $500.

    Honestly, this is the most ridiculous Ive ever seen from a company. I have ordered their pool lights three times on three separate occasions, and without fail all the lights burn out (well theyre LEDs, but they eventually stop working) all within six months to a year They cannot make a quality product. Their pool lines are awful Only after I bought them that I read all the bad reviews from other people, saying their light's just doesnt work

    I'm on my third Hayward pool pump in 11 years of owning an above ground pool. I just bought the last pump 2 years ago and it's already leaking. At almost $500.00 per pump, this is completely unacceptable. Hayward products are total garbage.

    I tried calling your 800 service to get some advice about my salt. Chlorinator and the woman, on the other line would not help me at all. she said they had to send me an email first and then I could call back but I needed someone right away and she was very insistent.that I wait and try Trouble shooting the problem myself.I had tried that several times without success And needed someone right away.I will never buy another Hayward product again.

    Purchased a Hayward above ground pool pump that failed in less than a year and Haywards warranty claim process is the worst I have ever seen. You need to call a 3rd party call center that takes your info and you wait up to 48 hours for someone to email you for further instructions. I waited the first 48 hours, nothing. Called back, told to wait another 24 hours, nothing, called back again, told to wait another 24 hours. Its now been a week and nothing. Thank goodness the local store where I purchased the pump was able to get thru to someone and exchanged the pump after 6 days of nonsense. Hayward customer service is the worst and had I known this, I would have chosen another manufacturer. HAYWARD, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST. Your website proudly says, $1b in revenue in 2023. Clearly there is sufficient income to support the customer. Why then do you not??

    System was installed Nov 2022. Starting this Feb 2024, they have replaced my main circuit board 2 times, I have had to replace my flo ****** and now I have to schedule maintenance because the flo ****** will not reset. For the amount of money it cost for this system, I thought it would be more reliable. I do not know if it is only my system, but from what my technician says, I think it is the Hayward brand. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

    Sold a pool filter with a design flaw that it clogs in less than a year. Don't ever buy a Hayward product. They don't stand behind their products and their heaters are terrible quality.

    We are on our second Hayward Sand filter and the body of it starts to leak. 1st one was 2 yrs old and we replace the whole thing because there was only a 1 yr. Warranty! Now its 2 years later and the body of the filter is leaking again in a different spot. Again warranty was only 1 year. It is a plastic ball and to replace it is ****** with 2024 inflation!!! Hayward we have been your customer as a pool owner for 38 years. *** filters that lasted ***** years. But your customer service said there is nothing you will do! Unacceptable and shame on you!

    Hayward booster pump failed after two years. Three year warranty but waiting five weeks to get a repair person from Hayward here through ****************. Comes out today and says the pump is fine. Leaves. Old pump still not working. Now another five weeks for service? Ridiculous.
