    My Hayward motherboard had to be replaced twice in less than 2 years. Once due to water leaking in and again after ants getting on top of the motherboard. Clearly the system has a design flaw and seems to be as stable outdoors as my desktop computer would be. Additionally company claims a 3 year warranty but pool company claims one year. Clearly there is a bit of a game going on here. I am requesting it's removal for a higher quality product.

    HAVE A 2 YR OLD POOL HEATER THAT WAS AT HOME I PURCHASED, SYSTEM COMES WITH 5 YR PARTS WARRANTY, BUT BECAUSE IM THE 2ND OWNER THE WARRANTY IS VOID. I DO AC FOR A LIVING AND ALL BRANDS HAVE 5 YR WARRANTY AND SOME HAVE 10 NO MATTER THE RESALE OF HOME. INWOULD ************* ANYTHING HAYWARD IN ANY OF MY HOMES EVER AGAIN. SHOP AROUND BECAUSE THERE ARE BRANDS WITH ALOT BETTER WARRANTIES

    This should be a zero rating. I have a one and half year old Hayward pool pump that no longer works. The pool company that sold it to me said it has a 3 year warranty because they installed it. They said they must be the middle man and Hayward should be calling me for repairs. I have waited 18 days and no one has reached out. The pool company says they can be difficult to work with. I tried myself to call Hayward, but they hung up on me. I was nice and did not warrant a hang up. I just wanted to know when they would solve the problem and bring a solution to my pump problem. They said they don't talk to the customer, they work with the pool company who I bought the product from. Either way, they are not doing anything. My pool is emerald ***** and I'm worried about the plaster staining. I know I will be spending hundreds of dollars to try to bring the pool back to clear water. My advise is to avoid Hayward pool products because their products are crappy, customer service is worthless and their warranty appears to be a scam.

    I have a Hayward Goldline Aqua Plus system and it is failing. After a quick ****** search it appears that it is a known issue experienced by about 100% of customers. Faulty electrical connections on circuit board. I have had the same issue on a Hayward Pool Heater. These are the most unreliable products ever. Do not buy them. They know the products fail and keep building them the same way.

    Very poor warranty follow up.Hayward provided me with a list of dealer locator that will service products under the Hayward Warranty.The first 4 listed addresses turned out to be private residence locations where the owner told me he does not repair Hayward products.One listed location does not even exists.I reported all this to the Hayward customer support and got no response.My attorney tells me that listing warranty dealer locations that do not exist or claim they do not business for Hayward Products is a criminal offense and can be prosecuted.

    **************** is horrific and tech support is non-existent . My pool remote stopped working. I called 4 times and was told I would receive an email to reset it. It has been almost a month and have not received anything. I will never buy anything Hayward related again.

    I considered hayward products to be of good quality. After purchasing and installing a salt system at $ ******* and failing to get a magnifying glass and reading the fine print. I find out i have no warranty after 4 months of use. No more hayward products here.

    If I can -0 stars I would! Got a brand new heater from Valley pool and spa on 5/21/23 broke 7-20/22/23 they were no help told us to go through Hayward phone Horrible customer service as soon as you call they pick up! so there not busy just takes your information the problem your having and tells you to 5-6 business days you will get a email nothing! 10 days later I had to call back (ya I seen you called should of heard something back by now they told me they will forward it to a manger) 8/1/23 I got an email they sent a request to goods pluming wait for a call for them to set up a date they can come and take a look at it. 3 days ********* call! Called goods plumbing they have no record of me for some one to look at it so the lady helped me schedule a appointment but I had to wait until 8/15/23! Called back to Hayward going on over a month here is a list of pool services just call and see who can come out!! Just waited for goods pluming on the 15th and let me tell you!! THERE IS NO WARRANTY!!!! told me about PH levels in my pool (that we do test regularly) that broke my 2 month brand new pool heater by a picture he took and sent it to a Hayward guy over the phone asked for a water sample on the 15th after a rain storm (let me remind you it broke 7/22/23) and he wanted a water sample 8/15/23 and they will do me a favor and charge me $525 to replace the part and after all this I owed a $149 service call NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT!! Goods pluming told me I can call Hayward again and fight with them..So here I am called Hayward again Ill submit your claim please allow 5-6 business days.

    We got our spa/pool heater on June 6 and it has never worked since day 1. We are still trying to get thus issue resolved. Horrible customer service. Absolutely do not recommend this company or their products. They do not stand behind d their products at all. If I could give a negative 10 stars I would.
