    They will not come and fix their product. They have lied to us, cheated **, will not return our phone calls, promise to fix it and never show. This company will rob you. Do not ever use them

    I would give a zero if I could! I have a brand new pool pump that leaks and can not get anyone to call me back. They escalated my report (3 different times) and it has been almost 4 weeks and no call back! Said 24/47 hours and then It was 3/5 days and then it was I will get a call today and then it was back to 3/5 days! Nothing! So I have a brand new pool with a brand new pump that pours water out the bottom that I cant even run and not a word from Hayward and getting a start on getting it fixed! Beyond frustrated!! **************** with company is awful. I would just appreciate a call back.

    No customer support period. You call they have you on the line for 20. Then the fun starts, after i took the time of filling out a long form :*****: proceeds to ask me the same information that was submitted. After 5 minutes more ******* informs me that within ***** hours some one will contact me via email. The fun has just begun. In conclusion its my singular opinion that I will "NEVER" buy another "HAYWARD" product

    Gone through 3 Hayward pumps in 5 years - bearings ! 250$ to fix! Just bought an entire system 700$ - control selector arm is leaking - sucking in air causing the input hose to collapse every time I turn on the pump - I havent run the pump in 5 weeks - waiting on a new selector head from Hayward - almost half way through pool season and the brand new system I bought is not working - this is the last time I will ever buy Hayward pool filter system or pump - its not worth the extra money spent - nothing but expense and misery -

    The Worst !!! I talked to Hayward rep, said it would take at least two days to respond to a simple Question, about what type of filter I have. No sticker or Model Id on the unit. Unbelievable ! A multi billon dollar Corporation , that's too cheap to hire a competent technical advisor!

    It took over a week to get a response from customer service for a technical support issue, and they do not provide live technical support. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

    I cant believe that in 8 years my Hayward pool pump is finished. What a joke you spend all that money on a product that they think is good and it isnt. Will never buy another Hayward product again

    Buyer beware!! I have been given the run around for well over a month with their customer service "dispatch" just to replace hayward pool light. A five minute job that is under warranty is simply too difficult of a task for hayward to fulfill in a reasonable time frame. If I had only known better!! The pool isn't even 2yrs old, so let that speak volumes on hayward products too.

    Every 3-4 years I have to replace the Hayward CL220 off-line automatic chemical feeder. I cannot s**** the chlorinator cover cap back to the feeder. I pretty sure that the feeder is expanding after a while. Its happanes beside I do provide a good care of it off-season. When I tried to leave the negative review on Haward-pool website, I've got the message: "The error occurred while submitting this form. An ad blocker might be interfering with our fraud prevention measures. Please temporarily disable your ad blocker and try again. I tried to send my review from 4 different computers! I don't have any ad blockers running on them!

    Their distributor poolcleaningsupplies.com is a scammer and wont take returns on a pool light that was ordered incorrectly and is new and in the box. Hayward wont do anything about it so Im stuck with a pool light that is $750, illegal to install in my state and county and neither these scammers nor Hayward will help me and exchange for the correct light.
