      I've read the other reviews here, and let me tell you -- I didn't know what to think, so I ordered from WH and the order was both shipped quickly and every disposable vape was in excellent condition (I opened and tested them all) . Great prices, and fast shipping. This is my first order, I have never used them previously but everything went perfect.

      I have been using white horse vape for quite some time and have never had any issues if I had any problems customer service took care of any problems promptly and their customer service is world class and always quick shipping, white horse vape rocks!!!

      I have been ordering from White Horse Vapes for a while now, at first they would send the order right away, then even though I pay for the expedited delivery service they started delaying the orders. Now for some reason they have stopped replying the customer service emails sent to them requesting my order to be fulfilled since I paid for the expedited service and it's been about a week since I placed the order and when I check the order status it still says order unfulfilled. It's hard enough not having a phone number where you can call to find out your order status that they don't reply to your emails. Not sure if the customer service employees have changed or if there is no company all all that maybe is just one person working here and with the company growing they are not able to keep up with the order demand. I would not recommend you paying extra for faster delivery because your order will probably take longer than if you just pay regular delivery service. Now I even wonder if I would even get my order at all.

      Ive used them often with no issue. This time however they shipped to the wrong state. The combined half of my billing address with half of my shipping address mistakes happen. No biggie until I tried to get hold of someone to fix it. No replies to emails or their online form. Their phone number puts you on hold until it times out and sends you to voicemail only to not have your calls returned ever total lack of customer service. Never will I give them business again.

      Prior to ordering, I read reviews here and almost changed my mind. Well, after 2 orders, I felt I needed to add a positive review here. First of all, products were great and they shipped them the next day. I had an issue and contacted customer service by email. Within an hour, I had a reply. They were professional and courteous. Turned out the issue was my mistake but I gotta say that their response and quick shipping, along with the products, have me sold on using them. No extra fees either like I've seen on other sites.

      I pay for expedited delivery and its been 5 days since I ordered and its still not sent. Ive emailed 3 times and no response. Last time I ordered early and didnt pay expedited delivery and it got here quick. I think thats the key dont pay extra but I will tell you what I will not be ordering from this company ever again as I think they are just overwhelmed with orders and no customer service. They clearly dont need your business if they act they way they do!! All I wanted was a response to an email.

      This companies customer service is next level! There was a simple issue with my shipment. Long story short. A representative called me and took a solid 30+ mins out of her day to go over my options and to help me with my order. She was amazing. Her name is *********. My family has used this company for a long time. And we will never go anywhere else! There are many other ecig/vape sites that are either total scams or just dont care about their customers. White Horse is VERY different. They care. A lot! Highly recommended!

      Tropical is defective , it kept hissing after every hit, burning thru the juice. It lasted less than 2 days.
