      Every vape I have gotten has worked I've noticed a lot of people talking about getting defective orders. It's possible that the brand you're buying are bad Especially when you're talking about only getting e liquid and mods Just go with the disposable. They offer up to **** puffs these days and are rechargeable I had an issue with the delivery dates which is why I gave them four star however, after I called them they answered immediately talk to me on the phone and my product was here the next day It seems like a lot of people are reaching out through email. It pays sometimes to go old school and put a human voice behind your complaints

      Second order and both arrived a day later than scheduled (9 days start to finish) Opened package because my current disposable is low and Voila both disposables are wrong (ordered 2 tobacco and received 2 cherry cola ice) I emailed company regarding issue and was asked to send pics. Vapes are still sealed with no damage. Company not responding and I now have no vape and have spent my vape budget. Im going to have to use one and chalk it up to ****** learned. Dont order from this site.

      I have reached out on multiple occasions to this vendor due to defective products, Taste, is burnt or very chemically tasting in flavor. . I have not heard back nor have a received a refund. This has happened many times. With each or order being 10 or more, the cost has changed at checkout and most have been thrown away since I didn't open each package at the time of arrival and taste each & I have lost several hundred dollars. No response even after a review that was less than favorable. PURCHASE AT YOUR RISK!!!!*************************

      I'm very unhappy with order and very unhappy that now white horse vapor in ignoring me once I had a issue or needed to discuss a issue of my unhappy with order they stopped answering me back Sooooooooo Unprofessional..plus I have made a account with them and ill of a sudden its deleted and when it says contact though email and you try it says that email address doesn't exist Idk if feel they have gotten really shady now..buyer beware..Thanks

      White Horse Vapor is the best online vape shop for me! I am very happy with their service. Fast shipping, the products I have received are exactly what I expected. I am sorry to see so many bad reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I have ordered from other online companies, but will continue to order from White Horse Vapors.       Always get bad products from this company. Been ordering for almost two years from them. I swear every other order always get products that dont work or part of the items. Then next seems fine so keep thinking its just a defective product, it happens. But now Im thinking they are reusing and refilling and reselling part of the orders. How is it they have so many defective devices. Bad business, scammers.

      Ordered 10 days ago. Says label created. NOT SHIPPED YET. I contacted customer service. Got canned response. We will reach out to you as soon as possible with update. Then crickets... I emailed again 9 hrs later. Same bla bla response, but I said if you didn't ship I want a refund. They said no. I said I want an ETA. They said we will get back to you. Then... Nothing again. ***** ****** learned. Buyer beware!! This is not some huge company. How long can it take to email the shipping guy for an ETA? Bad customer service. 0 stars.

      Advised of order issue prior to shipment and company refused to accept any product change or return of wrong flavor being sent. PROIR to item even shipping. Poor customer service

      Shady business. They basically ghosted me after telling them I received the wrong order. I got one reply saying sorry I can't return... Even though I didn't get what I ordered??? To make matters worse I then got another email finally but upon reading it... it stated "How would you rate the help our agent gave you?" I responded I never got any help? Still ghosted and it's been a while. BUYER BEWARE.

      Do not purchase from white horse! It's now day 8 and I still haven't received my order!!! Not to mention they won't return my money. Nice scam they have got going plus they lie about it and don't adhere to their policies.Run fast and don't order from them you'll be screwed just like I was.Horrible Place that I'm reporting to BBB so I can hopefully get my money back. I'll Yelp this horrible business also. Good luck to all who have been scammed by this shady place.Run people, so many other reputable places than this place.
