I purchased a divot mat from Golfers Rx on August 21st of this year. Have not received it and sent two e-mails, one on September 27th and one on October 14th. I also called twice. The first call I don't have the date for and the second call was made on November 8.The company has not responded back except for the automated message that they will get back to me. I returned a putter under RA number ********. Returned on time with all requirements met. Return was not accepted as they said it was an error with the new process. Ordered a golf training aid on May 28, 2022 with a total cost of $69.98 ( including $59.99 for a Premium Divot Mat and $9.99 for enhanced shipping) with promised delivery date of June 7,2022. GolfersRX sent email acknowledgement of my order on May 28,2022 and charged my credit card for $69.98 on May 29, 2022. Product was never delivered to me as promised. I attempted to contact the company by telephone starting on Thursday, June 9, 2022, but was only able to leave a message as directed. Though their phone greeting promised someone would contact, I was never contacted by GolfersRX. I followed up by calling GolfersRX the following Monday and was able to speak to a woman who answered the phone "GolfersRX". She took my information and promised a return call from one of their agents. Never heard back. On Friday, June 17, 2022, I tried again unsuccessfully to make contact by telephone with GolfersRX. No one ever answered the phone, it just rang with no response whatsoever. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute on June 17,2022. Citi Card immediately requested GolfersRX provide information with regard to my dispute. As of August 3, *****, neither Citi Card nor I have received any contact from GolfersRX.What Do I want:-Full Refund credit against my credit card account-Citi Card needs to hear from GolfersRx acknowledging the product ordered was never delivered -A mechanism to warn other consumers not to do business with GolfersRx -GolfersRX to be sanctioned in some way to ensure they operate honestly -An apology would also be nice PS: I have additional info if necessary, that contains account numbers and suchCustomer Answer

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
I have never received any contact whatsoever from this company since they first acknowledged my order. Product was never delivered. Telephone calls went unanswered. Once I disputed the charge to my credit card, the crdit card company sent a message to GolfsRX that I had disputed their charge and gave them 60 days to respond. The provisional credit applied to my credit card was finally made permanent once the 60 days passed.
No one from GolfersRX ever responded. I would not under any circumstances do business again with GolfersRX. Telephone calls are answered by an answering system that allows one to leave a message. My numerous messgaes were never responded to, thus I disputed the charge with my credit card company. We have had the particular credit card I used to make the purchase for 27 years. This dipute is only our second dispute in 27 years. In the case of our only other dispute, the merchant responded in less than a week and the dispute was settled. GolfersRX on the other hand was ASBESENT WITHOUT LEAVE. Not a good company to do business with.

On 6/12/2022 I ordered a Swing Caddie SC200 for a total of $294.95 after shipping and taxes. I received an email confirmation of my order with invoice#******. At the time the order was placed it has an estimated receiving date of 6/20/2022. I allowed over a week to go by past the anticipated receiving date before I tried to reach out for an update. When you call their phone number ************ it goes straight to a voicemail and despite leaving messages my calls have not been returned. On 7/5/2022 I tried contacting them via email instead at ******************************** I received a response the same day stating that they were experiencing a delay in shipment but that they would be receiving more product in that week and would send out right away. I let a few more weeks go by until I emailed again on 7/28/2022 after my order still had not arrived. I have received no response to my email on 7/28/2022, nor have they responded to my subsequent emails and voicemails regarding that I would like an update on my order OR a refund.Customer Answer

I returned 2 F2 Wave golf clubs within the 30 day money back guarantee period. They were returned to me because the *** drop box address at a Staples would not accept them. GolferRx said they were having issues with the Drop box so they told me to just keep the clubs and they would refund my money ($160). They said it could take up to 10 days. It has been over 30 days with no refund. I have left several emails and voicemails asking for an update with no response. Order #******Customer Answer

I ordered an A2 golfers watch from Golfers Rx. The face was too small for me to read. Price was around $200. I contacted them, got return info, and returned the watch. Was told to contact ******************** Did so. Heard nothing, so again contacted GolfersRx. Received a reference number, ******, but no refund. That was 4 months ago. After 2 months, I reached out again. *** told me shed processed my request and that I should have the money refunded within 10 days. Still nothing. Have again reached out to ***. That was last week. No response. **************** dreadful. I am a retired attorney.
