On November 15, 2022 I ordered a product from GolfersRX and paid $134.90. The money was immediately taken from my account. I did receive and invoice (#******) marked paid via email. When I didn't receive anything by December 7, 2022, I emailed GolfersRX requesting status. They sent me tracking info and a package arrived 12/13/22 but it wasn't what I ordered. I didn't discover this until 12/18/22 upon which I tried contacting GolfersRX via phone and email. It was a Sunday and the message said that they were only open on business days. I waited until noon on Monday (12/19/22) to check my email and see that they hadn't responded whereupon I both called and emailed them again. I have called and emailed them about 5 times each and have gotten no response. The last time I contacted them I stated that I wanted the order cancelled and my money back (I would return the incorrect item if they sent me a paid label). To date I have yet to receive any response.Customer Answer

On 10/03/2022, I purchased 2 ********************* with a Blue Tooth speaker. I received an email on my order, no tracking number on my order. I followed up with emails and called the business number listed, I only received a generic email response. It has been 10 weeks, I called several times and sent emails on 12/15/22, no human interaction, just generic email response. Please do not do business with this company. I ordered a Pyramid Putter on Nov. 7 and paid $175.94 (Invoice #******). I have called several times but you only get an automated message that says they will return your call as soon as they can. I've left several messages and sent a few emails, but I can't get anyone to call me. According to a generic email response it takes the warehouse ***** hours to prepare the shipment and then 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped and they would email me the tracking once they received it from the warehouse...I've never received anything! Its' been more than a month now...I just want the product I paid for or a refund, so I can purchase it somewhere else!Customer Answer

On November 11, 2022 I purchased a Mirror Combo EyeLine from Golfers RX. The purchase price was $54.95 plus shipping charges of $9.95. An email receipt from Golfers RX was received on Novmber 11, **** for $64.90 and invoice #******. This charge appeared on my discover bill which I received December 5, 2022. As of today I have not received this putter training mirror. I have called their telephone number ************** numerous times and have emailed them to see what the status is of my purchase. No response has been received by telephone or email. It appears this company may be a fraud. I would like to receive a credit on my discover account for merchandise that I did not receive. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have called them at ************ and only get a recording that someone will call me back. My recent discover charge of $64.90 appeared on my December billing but have not received the product that I ordered. It appears this company my be a scam and I was taken in by their offer.
Any help that you can provide is appreciated.

This company is a scam out to rob people of their hard earned money. I purchased a product on 9/22/22 and have yet to receive anything from this company. Their website looks legimate, their customer service number is answered by a voice mail, but you never get a phone or an email back. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!Initial Complaint

Ordered the Sure-Set Training Aid 9/18/22. Price was $89, shipping $12.95 for a total of $101.95. Received an invoice via email, invoice #******. The money was taken out of my account on 9/19/22 and had WPY*Golfers RX ************ RI. I have yet to receive the product. I have called and no agents are ever available. I left 2 voicemails with all of the info they asked for with no reply. I have emailed one address they said to send questions/complaints and no return and another that was listed automatically bounced back to me.Customer Answer

On October 15, 2022 I ordered two items from GolfersRx. The items were the GolfersRx Voice Caddie and the Groove Putting Aid. On October 16, 2022 GolfersRx submitted both charges to my credit card. When I place the order for the items, I received a confirmation email for both orders, and the email said that I would receive an email within a couple of days telling me when the merchandise would be delivered. I have never received any email from GolfersRx with a confirmed delivery date. When I did not receive the delivery date email, I decided to contact GolfersRx. I called GolfersRx customer service phone number and was told all agents were busy, and I would receive a call back. That never happened. I subsequently sent GolfersRx an email on November 2, 2022, asking for a proposed delivery date for the two items. To date, I have received no feedback from GolfersRx.Customer Answer

We bought a set of ****************** wedges back in September we returned them on October 6 which you signed for we have the tracking number from the post office I have called I have text I have done everything and you keep saying the refund is in the works. I hate to have to turn this into a collection agency but you do not respond to your customers. You only respond when youre selling some thing. We did return the clubs to *********************** in ******** ********** but we were told later they shouldve gone back to our ex golfers. On Sep 7, 2022 I purchased 4 golf umbrellas from GolfersRX (Invoice #******) for at total of $82.95. I did not receive these items so I emailed and called them regarding this order. I received a call back telling me the color (white) was out of stock and they asked if I would like a new color (black) or a refund. I chose to change the color. I waited 10 business days and still no merchandise. I have called numerous times leaving messages requesting a call back to resolve this situation since at this point I would just like my money returned to my credit card. No reply! In conjunction with this complaint, I have also sent an email to GolfersRX once again as calling doesn't seem to be effective.Thank you so much for your assistance!
