      I ordered a product from this company almost 2 months ago. They never answer the phone and send the same written response when you write them with no help at all. I'm out $124.00 and there seems to be no recourse. Be very wary of this company.

      i purchased a club from them on 2-25-20 and was promptly billed. i haven't received either the club or any correspondence from them. i have called numerous times and sent emails to their so-called customer service all without any response. too bad there wasn't a zero star review, i would select it.

      Golfersrx is a SCAM. I ordered a product and received a confirmation but have not received the product. The listed phone number is no good and they do not respond to the emails. DO NOT order from this company. They dont even deserve one star.

      Best advice I can give is do not use them, they dont respond, they only take your money and no product returned. I didnt even want to give a one star rating, but its required

      I purchased a pair of golf sunglasses for $151. I did not like them immediately. So immediately I emailed them, I called them and left messages, and emailed them probably another 15 times. I cannot get a return authorization Number. It makes me fearful to send them back then I will not get my money back without that number. Your customer service is the worst ever. I have been dealing with this since January 20 and its still not over. I have complained to my credit card company they finally responded after one month to my credit card company with the threat of the credit card company taking their money away. All I wanna do is send the stupid glasses back and I cannot get a return authorization number from them. Theyre very rude customer service when you dont reply to customers. I will never purchase another thing from them again. And I will tell everybody I know not to purchase something from them again.

      Receipt From GolfersRX Paid $64.90 Invoice #****** Never received this order. They stole my money right when I ordered. Never I repeat never do anything with these people. They should be arrested for fraud! Theives!

      I ordered a putter 3 weeks ago and have been trying to get some sort of response about tracking and just crickets. Do not buy from this scam! All positive reviews are most likely fake.

      Ordered 2 Sure Set training aids from them after a month no product delivered. Same as everyone else called reached bogus voice mail which you will never receive a return call or email response. Emailed one of their sponsors to inform them they are crooks which they sent email to RX on my behalf. Then did receive 1 product which I am sure would not have gotten without their input. Emailed for other one delivery date or refund and no response. Question is how are they allowed to keep their site up and ripping customers off.

      I ordered Clean Kicks from GolfersRx in October 2022, at which time my credit card was charged. I have followed up four times with emails to the email address given by GolfersRx. Following my first email to GolfersRx, I received a reply that "This will be sent out to you tomorrow," which did not occur. I have sent three subsequent emails, to each of which no reply was received from GolfersRx, I have also attempted to call GolfersRx at its telephone number given to discuss one-on-one with a person but got voice mail to which I left all pertinent information requesting a call back, but there was no call back from GolfersRx. I will not again attempt to do business with GolfersRx. One Star overrates the service and responsiveness of GolfersRx. DO BUSINESS WITH GOLFERSRX AT YOUR OWN RISK.
