  I couldn't recommend my coach ******** and Browning Associates more highly. From the onset I had a great coach, team and support for my executive job search. Having not been in a search for many years, I couldn't imagine how much I needed to learn. Working with ******** and the Browning Associates team I was able to understand what it takes to network and use resources like LinkedIn to my full advantage.   In early 2023, I enlisted Browning Associates for career coaching as I embarked on my journey to find my next opportunity. Their process is well-structured and proven to build networks that lead to opportunities. *****************************, my coach, is an absolute star. She listens, reflects, and responds with prudent, practical, and actionable advice. In several sessions, she worked with me to tease out the essence of my strategy to secure a C-level position.With a background in software technology and experience in leadership roles (VP+) in both public and startup companies, I engaged in a series of conversations to define what I was seekingfrom role and leadership to company performance/size and, most importantly, culture. ******* and the Browning team facilitated numerous introductions to peers and potential employers.   Like many, I was initially skeptical; however, I am extremely grateful I engaged with the Browning team. As full-service executive career coaches, Browning's model is unique in that you work with countless individuals on their team as they believe in employing world-class experts at their individual craft to provide the most value to their clients. I cannot speak highly enough about each team member I had the pleasure of working with. I am not and do not want to become an expert in career transitions, by engaging with their team, they helped me by focusing on what they do best (career transitions), which enabled me to focus on what I do best (building relationships and getting back to operating in a capacity that excites me!)   I am sure most people who are reaching out to companies like Browning are looking for more than just an executive position. If not, please go to a recruiter. But if you're serious about getting into a long-term engagement, then it is important to follow the process set up by experienced members of the Browning team. Spending time and effort to research and write down your statements opens up the side that one has been scared to dig into, all this time. Be open to suggestions and conversations with the guide you are assigned to. Talk your heart out and be ready to turn over and look under all the rocks your thought you had placed as immovable requirements and thoughts. Re-establish, build, and grow your network beyond just an exercise to get the right contact who refers you to a job. There is more value in that network that can transform your life apart from getting you a leading position at work. Remember, it's your search. Own it stay in charge and leverage all the tools and guidance from the 'always willing and knowledgeable' guide. The more you put in the more it will get you. The networking contacts I was provided are long-term connections I've built. I would highly recommend talking to *******************************. I don't like using big words, so I'll just say engage with him and you will find what you are looking for.If you are curious about me.   I started with Browning back in June 2022, and found a position in March 2023. My position is a promotion from my previous position. I found Browning out of frustration. I sent 20 applications out with zero response. Going in the front door of companies doesn't work very often anymore and I didn't know how to find a new job in this market.I had several questions before spending the amount Browning was asking: is this real? Is it worth it? How long does it take? Whats the process? Percent chance of landing a position? Browning was very upfront and honest, and it was not a sales pitch. They are selling a service that immediately pays off and skills last forever. Understand what you are signing up for. Browning doesnt magically find positions. It takes commitment and trust in the process. The process: There were a few classes on getting my LinkedIn page setup to attract views. I had weekly meetings with my coach, ***** to build my network. ***** has seen and done it all. He had the right answer for everything. He helped navigate hard interview questions and provided guidance in developing my network and roadblocks during networking conversations. Interview prep was critical. He knew the questions to prepare for and knew the types of people I was up against. After the interviews were debriefs, so he was always collecting real time data and feedback for all of their clients.I was also provided the tools to help others. It wasnt just about me and my career, it was about how can I help others to encourage them to help me when I need it. I would recommend Browning for career transition, and to develop your network to last beyond this transition. I would not recommend Browning if you are not ready to fully commit yourself to your transition. When you are, hire Browning.They changed my life and helped find a position that took my career to a level that I dreamed about 20 years ago. Thanks to ***** and the rest of the Browning Team!
