      Minute Clinic incorrectly filed my insurance and sent my bill to the wrong address. The experience of my visit was also poor. My issue was not addressed, and the person I saw totally missed something simple that would have corrected my issue after. I was notified this after meeting with my PCP. I will never use them again, but I need this insurance issued figured out. My claim was either not filed or filed incorrectly and I am billed an absurd amount with no resolution. Joke of a company and organization. Ive called several times and waited hours and cannot get ahold of anyone.

      On November 4, 2024, I underwent a TB test and reading. Prior to this appointment, I reached out to my insurance company, who confirmed that this would be considered a preventive service with no associated costs. I also verified with the Nurse Practitioner (NP) at the clinic that all expenses would be covered by my insurance before receiving the TB shot.Then, on November 6, 2024, I returned for the reading and was seen by a different male NP in the lobby of the *** instead of a private clinic room. To my astonishment, I later received a bill for $21.00. This was unexpected, as I was assured there would be no charges for this service, and I find it unjust to be billed for an evaluation conducted in a public space.Had I been informed of any potential charges during my initial visit, or if the evaluation had been held in a designated clinic area, I would not be contesting this charge. It feels inequitable to be billed for what appears to be the same service twice. I kindly request that the company consider issuing a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter. #*******

      On 11/07/2024, I went to CVS at *********************************** for my yearly Covid-19 and flu vaccinations, which have come at no cost for me through my insurance in the past. I booked the appointment in advance on the *** website and was not asked to provide my insurance information. I then showed up for my appointment and "checked in" at the Check-In computer and clicked the box "yes" when asked if I would be paying with insurance. I was never asked to give my insurance information so I took that to mean that my insurance information was on file. Again in my appointment, I was not asked for my insurance information after indicating that I would be using my insurance. On 11/22/2024 I saw a charge on my credit card for $444.16. I checked my insurance account and saw that this charge was not run through my insurance. I tried calling CVS Minute Clinic on 11/22/2024 in an attempt to obtain my invoice/receipt from the appointment as one was never sent to me, and charges were never made clear at the time of my appointment. I would like to be refunded for these charges as they were not made clear to me at the time of my appointment.

      I went in for pink eye and got a prescription. Paid for pink eye treatment. Pharamacy couldn't fill my prescription. Said caregiver had to resend it. I called *** customer service they said they would message the provider and i could pick up my presciption the next day. The next day same thing pharmacy couldn't fill it and I called customer service they said they would message the provider and i could pick up my presciption the next day. The next time i tried to pick up my presription same thing pharmacy couldn't fill it and I called customer service they said they would message the provider and i could pick up my presciption the next day. This happened about 4 times. They finally figured out the location where i got care has closed. They were never able to get my prescibtion to a pharmacy. I've reached out several times to try to remedy with *** but they have never gotten back to me with any solutions. Someone reached out to appoligize but I don't think they did anything to rememdy the source of the problem or refund me. I'm not sure if i have been refunded. The company has been hard to get in contact with beyond a general customer service representive or general manager who has limited access to my billing information. I was suffering a medical condition while CVS lied to me for weeks about when I would be able to have my presciption sent.

      Im not sure if we have a handle on what the situation is. Id like ********************** to recap what happened with my experience; what went wrong; and whats changed with how they handle guest relations that will prevent this from happening in the future. My understanding is  Their company gave me the impression for a very long time that I would be able to get my prescription filled. I was lied to several times where I was told my prescription would be sent to a pharmacy and it wasnt. Repeatedly agents used company tools to try to contact the caregiver and company tools failed to recognize the location doesnt have a caregiver currently staffing the location

      I dont think they know what happened that lead to me being lied to repeatedly about being able to get care in the form of a prescription. Company considered matter closed but I still dont understand what went wrong with my care and what theyre doing to prevent it. The company wont even review the communication that Ive tried to have with them to remedy this situation.  I offer information with my communication with minute clinic and none of the information is absorbed by the company. It appears as though they dont even have an accurate log of when I called. If they do theyve refused to provide me with this information

      On November 1, I visited a MinuteClinic. I received a bill and despite my insurance being able to cover it, they still have issues accepting it. I would like to be called by someone or emailed so this can get resolved because although its 62 dollars, I have insurance and it shouldn't be this difficult to add insurance.

      I received a bill for $115.00 that my health insurance did not cover according to them. I called more than 3 times about this and each time I was told to disregard that it was an error on there end and that I dont need to pay it and that I did have insurance. This started when I first received the bill back in March. The last time I called which was in September that confirmed I did not need to pay and that it takes time to process. It has been months. And now today I got a notice that it went to collections. When I spoke to them in September I asked if this would go to collections and the *** advised she will put a hold so that it didnt and that was incorrect because I have an invoice stating otherwise.

      I have insurance and ********* and for some reason, there seems to be a problem; I have repeatedly contacted the minute clinic to clear things up. I have been on hold for more than an hour repeatedly. The company needs to give you an avenue to help clear things up.

      Complaint Against Minute Clinic *Date of Transaction: 9/26/2024 *Amount in dispute: $444.16 *Location of MinuteClinic Branch: CVS, **************************************** In summary, I went to have my annual flu and Covid vaccine at CVS (which is within network of my insurance plan ************************** on 9/26/2024. *** uses "Minute Clinic" to administer the vaccines. I have been seen at *** for shots in prior years and it was covered under the ************************* plan. Minute Clinic submitted a claim to Ambetter and was denied as out of network. So, even though I:1) practiced due diligence, and checked whether CVS, which owns Minute Clinic, is covered, and,2)Even though I used the Minute Clinic Insurance Check tool at ******************************************************************************************************* which confirmed that Minute Clinic accepts *************************, and 3)even though I have had this past experience of getting covered for shots at CVS, I am stuck with a price gouging $444.16 bill for shots that should have been free to me under my insurance plan. I am the victim of a bait and switch, where it seemed to me I was using an in-network provider but got billed for more than double what they would get from an insurance contract or if I were paying without insurance. On their website the uninsured prices for a flu shot and a Covid shot are $190 and $75 respectively. So the $444 bill I got is simply predatory. I am accusing Minute Clinic of:1-Bait and switch deception 2-Price gouging I have called the Minute Clinic customer service line, and they refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing and insisted on the full-price payment. To this day, their Insurance Check tool, linked above, still displays ************************* as an accepted plan at Minute Clinic.       I have been contacted by a representative from Minute Clinic, and the best solution she could offer me was to give me a discount on the bill based on the *** write off. So, I contacted Ambetter again and they confirmed that Minute Clinic is in network, but that Minute Clinic used an address on their claim that is out of network. That address has nothing to do with the address of the Minute Clinic where I got my shots, but it is different than the address used to contract with Ambetter. So, I asked the Minute Clinic agent to correct the address and she replied that they cannot do so.  

      So, here I am being penalized because Minute Clinic has chosen to use an out of network address when they submitted my claim, and instead of paying $0, I am to pay hundreds. This behavior is predatory. How am I, the consumer, am supposed to tell whether a nominally in-network provider will use an out of network address and bill me when the claim gets rejected for being out of network?

      Im a teacher with kids. I setup an appointment with minute clinic (CVS) - I went to get tested on 4/20/2024 for Covid test and vaccination but before anything was done I confirmed with ********* **** (physician) that I was covered through my insurance and she confirmed I was covered and would have no out of pocket expenses. I the proceeded with testing and vaccination. A few months later I received a message that I had an overdue bill from Minute Clinic. I called and was informed we were not in network and that I would have to pay $500 for test and vaccination. I called my insurance (bcbs) and they confirmed we are out of network and never have been in network. I would have never proceeded with tests and vaccination if I was informed prior to test and vaccination that it was not covered or within network. This was unethical by the physician and minute clinic.

      CVS Minute Clinic - *********************************** DOS 9/10/24. ***** ******* 3/30/17 This is the second time this location was visited and insurance card was presented at time of service. This is the second time that they did not enter it correctly and we are being billed the entire amount/self pay. I have attempted to resolve this on multiple occasions but they only provide a phone number ************* Opt 2). No one has ever answered the phone. No email address listed. No other way to contact them to dispute billing statement.
