Minute clinic does not **** our insurance. I have a listing of all claims that have hit it and its not there. After talking with minute clinic they said that my insurance provider had said that I had a different insurance provider. I DO NOT. And AGAIN......it should still be listed on my list of claims even if it hadn't been accepted.This is the 2nd time they have done this to me and my wife in the last few months. THE 2ND TIME!!!!To rub salt in a wound when I try to call minute clinic their phone system doesn't work. I say billing and it says we are sorry you are having trouble. In March of this year, my husband and I went to the Sparta Minute Clinic in ********** to acquire DOT Physicals. My husband went into the office with the "doctor" and about five to ten minutes later, came ******* out, said that he "wanted to leave" and was extremely upset. I immediately went to the office, and asked what happened, to which I was told "he just got upset and left", obviously she couldn't discuss what went on, but I waited a few minutes and she gave me his paperwork. My husband told me that he was asked questions about his vaccination status, to which he replied he was not vaccinated and didn't wish to be asked about it. The doctor was then EXTREMELY rude from there out. It was not a hospitable environment, and my husband felt very uncomfortable. It got so unpleasant, that my husband decided to leave. The whole situation was in a matter of about ten minutes. There was no real physical done, just questions. No urinalysis, nothing. We then received a **** in the mail for $109. I have called the minute clinic help line twice, but no one has returned my calls. My **** has now gone into collections. I do not think it is fair to have to pay a **** when no real service was done, and the doctor chose to be as rude as she was in response to my husband's vaccination stance. I also do not think it's right that I have not gotten any calls back when I was told it was being expedited to the supervisor who oversees the ********** area of minute clinics. We will never be using this service again and will not recommend it.Business Response

Went to a minute clinic on 4/28 for a covid test. They billed a line item coded ***** for preventative care in the amount of $59; which I paid at time of visit.Theyve since sent me a **** in the mail three times for the same $59 that has already been processed.Is double billing common? On 2/06/22 I went to minute clinic for a preventative tuberculosis blood test. While my insurance assured me that because this is preventative it will be 100% covered, the practicing clinician at Minute Clinic located at ************************************************************************* did not send in a preventative diagnostic code like they were supposed to. I have been trying to contact minute clinic to talk to the provider since February, but to no avail. I refuse to pay any amount for a test that was supposed to be covered. My insurance has tried numerous times to also contact minute clinic and have not been successful.Business Response

On May 19, 2022 I had to urgently get 2: ( 1 is for me and 1 is for my 5 years old child) air tickets to fly overseas to help my 80 years old mother who got into the intensive therapy hospital. I was extremely stressed so that after I purchased 2 tickets and paid in total $2316.34. Next step I grabbed my son from the daycare on May 19 and rushed to the CVS Minute Clinic to get Covid tests to let us to get into the plane. Time was around 12:10 pm May 19. My flight was on May 20 at **** pm from *** ********. The ***** test results were suppossed to arrive within 24 hours. But they never arrived. As I did not receive my test results I had to change my fligth from 7 pm to ***** pm it costed me $902 extra. Now my tickets costed: $2316.34+902.00=3218.34 and on top of that I had to pay $400 to ************************** in the *** for expedite Covid test for 2 people me and my little son. I overpaid $1302.00 from my credit card because of the MinuteClinic negligence!!!! All proves can be provided immediately upon request. I flew away as I had to be next to my mother to help her. I came back to the *** and now I want to raise this issue. why i had to lose my money due to the negligence of the Minute clinic?Customer Answer

On May 7, 2022, I received an email that no cost heart health screenings were being provided courtesy of Tylenol at Minute Clinic. I went online and booked my appointment. For my appointment I printed and provided the voucher that would make it no cost to me. I later received an invoice in a mail for $99 for an office visit. I did not have an office visit it was merely the heart health screening and I was clear to the provider about that. I called Minute Clinic when I received the first invoice and they said they would investigate it. I just received another invoice saying that I need to pay. Please help me to resolve this issue. The response showed that I did not respond to their phone calls. I received two voicemails that said that they took away the charges and to contact them if I had any other questions. As long as they took away the charge, I have no other questions so I did not respond. They also indicated they sent a letter which I have not received. Im satisfied if they have removed the $99 charge but I dont appreciate the misclassification of their communication with me.

On 4/14/22 I went into a MinuteClinic feeling ill. I was given a rapid strep test (negative) and a strep test that would need to be sent to a lab. On 4/16/22 I was told that MinuteClinic had lost my test results and I was directed in a phone call to go to a different MinuteClinic location to have my test re-administered. I am being billed $60.84 (deductible) for the 4/16/22 visit as a SECOND visit when in reality it would have never happened had MinuteClinic not lost the original test results from the 4/14/22 visit. I have called several times to their billing folks and exhausted all discussions with MinuteClinic as they say they consider the 4/16/22 visit as billable when in reality it only happened because they lost the test results from 4/14/22 - they will not remove the $60.84 from my ****.Business Response

I went to the minute clinic in ********* ** to get my bi-yearly DOT physical I was told by the nurse practitioner that I did not have to turn my medical form in to the state because she had a login, and they automatically get it. She was incorrect and my license was downgraded I had to pay 93$ to have it reinstated so I would like that amount refunded to me.Business Response
