      Avoid visiting this location! After 2.5 months, they sent me a ****, but I had no idea what it was for ( I don't know what service I received since we live different states, maybe virtually when I had covid and need medicine but I have contacted with a few places, so I want to make sure). I called, and the person I spoke with was extremely rude. She is unable to say, yet she gave me illogical responses. She refused to let me ask questions and kept repeating things like, "Call my insurance," when I requested for more precise information. I informed her that the doctor's invoices would contain specifics when I received them, but all I had been given was a provider name. She wasn't answering my questions and wouldn't even let me ask them.She started yelling at me, and I followed suit out of frustration that she wouldn't even permit me to ask? She also is unable to provide me the specifics of why I am receiving the ****. All I needed were specifics so that I could verify this is legitimate and learn what service I was provided so that I could make a payment. Please stay away!

      Regarding the "MinuteClinic" at ***********************************************************************: The people working in the "minute clinic" weren't very nice including the older blonde short woman who greeted and was nasty when I was having difficulty with checking in the second time and the ******* woman vaccinator who spoke fast with her thick accent, asking me the same questions repeatedly, not seeming to hear me. She also was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor, when I tried to explain that I had uploaded my ********** card. I Didn't schedule another shot or the follow-up shot, because I hope I'm fortunate enough to find another place to get it when the time comes, if I'm still here. I'm not going to be serviced by rude, unprofessional people, like most of the health-care related people are here around the capital of the free world.And I understand that by employing these kinds of people (the greeter woman) who otherwise are unemployable or the vaccinator imported from ***** who works for pennies, that profit margin and hype are more important than peoples' health. I'm not sure why the "minuteclinic" business is even necessary. I will find another way to get vaccinated for anything next time.

      I needed a cholesterol test and checked online for who had the best prices. Minute Clinic listed their test at $40, so I made an appointment. Quest was actually cheaper ($37), but I decided to go with "CVS". The nurse practitioner (**) had a little machine that is supposed to read a drop of blood, but after several tries it failed to give results. The ** then referred me to Quest. She said she would not charge the $40, but that I needed to pay $99 for the office visit! When I objected, she agreed that it wasn't fair and dismissed the charge. After a couple months, I started getting Minute Clinic bills for $99. I called and got through to a live person, who said they would look into it, but the bills keep coming. Now they have put a collection agency on me!!! Do not be snookered by their "competitive" test prices--their test price does not include the $99 office visit charge, which they relentlessly pursue.

      13 months waiting on refund with no solution in sight. Date of service was 6/24/21. I've worked with my insurance company and Minute Clinic for months, attempting to obtain reimbursement. My insurance company confirmed Minute Clinic was paid and for some inexplicable reason they are unable to tell me when they will issue a refund. Every time I call, they ask me to call again in a week or to wait for a call from a manager in 3-5 days. It is beyond reasonable to have to wait this long and to have to spend all this time seeking a simple/small reimbursement. I think they are build in such a way that you grow exhausted of chasing them and drop the issue so they keep your money. Worse experience in my life. Avoid at all costs. Their staff is clueless, powerless and unable to help. They are very apologetic but that only gets you so far. No results. I would give it zero stars if I could.

      I took a covid19 and flu test at CVS on Riverside Tues 7/26/2022.I was told results would be ready within 2 days (48 hours). Today is now Friday 7/29/2022. I have called Mediclinic at least 10 times, I have been transferred to customer relations at least 8 times who has transferred me back to Mediclinic at least 8 times and surprisingly - no one is able to do anything. No results are posted or displayed for my test results and no one is able to assist me. I have spoken with every customer service rep available, I have been given Nurses and Supervisor's name that will call me back and assist me and no one has called. This is ********. This kind of business should Not be allowed to continue. If you are going to provide results, people have jobs that depend on that paperwork. No amount of sorry or apologies is worth it. CVS should Not be allowed to continue doing business if they cannot fulfill their end of the business. This is horrible!

      Very frustrating staff!I went there for my son and was a cash patient and paid them upfront in cash whatever was told by the clinic BUT received another undisclosed **** after one month. Talked to everyone to resolve the issue but no one tried to resolve the issue.Cash patients please, be aware.
