      Hello, good evening. I went to a Minute Clinic to take a tuberculosis test and they told me that they couldn't do it there when I was leaving she told me that she needed to ask me some questions and she asked me about my weight and height, at the end she charged me $59 and I asked her why and she said it was necessary to make the appointment at ***** Health. Today I made my appointment and nothing that she gave me in the papers was necessary to make my appointment, which means that it was a scam and she took advantage of the fact that I am new to ***************** and I did not understand what was happening, adding that I am Latina and I felt it was racial discrimination. (I want to emphasize that I am legal) This is why I am requesting a refund, it seems crazy to me that someone "professional" has taken advantage of this way!

      I should not even put one star here , I went for removal of my ***** end up open wound. She didnt know what she was doing cut stichs wrong way dig into my wound open it . She was on the phone with someone while doing it , I told her to stop she continued. I have to continue my treatment another healcare provider . She called me to awk me I am going another place or not !This place danger to public

      I went to Minute Clinic at a CVS in ************ because the web site advertises that they remove skin tags. I waited an hour to get in. After an unnecessary medical workup. nurse practitioner did not remove the skin tags. She gave me a prescription for an OTC wart remover, which is not designed for skin tag removal. And it didn't work. I specifically went to Minute Clinic to save the cost of going to my ****** ********************** and paying more money. Now I'm being charged $150. This is fraud, advertising a service tht the nurse practioner did not provide. Skin Tag removal is normal on the neck and chest. When I went to the cosmetology ***** a nurse treated the removal as a routine matter, so there was no reason for the Minute Clinic nurse to deny me the treatment and charge me.

      Had a virtual in February. The doctor completely misdiagnosed me and then they charged my credit card without ever submitting to my insurance company. This service is a complete scam. Stay away!

      Double booking Appointments dont mean anything. I have tried this place three times and every time same thing. Also same excuse, One person working and booking apt for two

      They billed my insurance incorrectly and then told me they cant fix it because they dont have anyone to make outbound calls so I have to have my insurance call them and MAYBE they can fix it. Terrible customer service and business design.

      I went to get my ears cleaned out for a hearing aids test.The cost was $139.00.The technician explained the procedure (which I'm quite familiar with) and did the lavage stating that my ear canal was now clear enough for the audiologist to perform the exam. Paid the bill, went to the audiologist.Upon examination of the ear canals, both were still blocked and she could not perform the exam.Immediately went back to confront this issue and they wanted an additional $139.00 to do it again!NOT!!I expressed my extreme displeasure and was told that's company policy.B. S.Will never go to CVS again.

      I inadvertently overpaid and they will not refund me. It's only $13, but the principle. This place is a scam. They bill your insurance. Then they bill you. You pay both and when you call the representative careless and won't follow up with you.

      Do not use their services as a huge company like CVS should cut their partnership immediately. We had a virtual visit with ***************************** (NP) for our child who was running a high fever for a couple of days. After asking a few basic questions (height/weight/age) and then TRYING to talk to the crying child, she advised we hang up and go see someone in person. She did not even give us time to try and calm the child down. Upon disputing the charges (that my insurance does not cover), the nurse refuted saying a complete evaluation was completed. No results or conclusions of that "evaluation" was shared with us during the visit or with my follow *** with MinutueClinic ***************** I went ahead and paid the bill to not have to deal with this but ALL should be aware not to use this service.

      They are charging the full amount regardless of the procedure result. As they told this charge for the "medical expertise", not for the results. So, their "expertise" was unable to remove the ear wax, but they "expertise" was able to charge for that.
