1 starThis CVS Pharmacy is a joke. They put down dates that your prescription will be filled and I change my vacation plans for my scripts that I need to travel with. Then, I look online and they're changed AGAIN. My scripts are to be filled tomorrow. Now for the second time they won't be filled for another 3 days. I'm tired of this treatment. When a page has the dates to be filled and they changed the dates 3 times. I want my scripts today I'm leaving tomorrow on a plane to The *******. Why are they constantly doing this to me. I feel it's because I'm in recovery and they mess with me constantly. I want this investigated because I'm not handling this well..Review fromHeather D

1 starThe pharmacy here is a JOKE! The pharmacist are constantly trying to ***** what the doctors orders are, they all make up their own "policy" so that it suits them and what they are trying to say, and the one I delt with today was just a straight up liar and kept getting caught up in her own lies. I had lost my last 3 days of my medication moving and its one u cant go without. Mind you im also 9 months pregnant so I definitely can not go without this medicine for the sake of my babies health. So my doctor gets me in a day early for an appointment for a new script and sends it in to the pharmacy. About 30 mins later the pharmacy texts me they are out of stock (I go thru this every month) so then I have to call them which u can only leave a voicemail. I do requesting my partial script since they are out. I finally get a call back once my doctors office is closed mind you abd the pharmacist says they said it was out of stock because its to early to fill. I tell her my doctor said theyd fill it 2 days early but went ahead an just did it for a day early so I wouldnt have problems with insurance. Pharmacist then says "no we only do a day early" I say, yes my doctor is guess was wrong about the 2 day thing but its only a day early! Its due for tomorrow. She then tries to back track and say they dont do that. I then explain to her im 9 months prego and I lost my last 3 days thats why my doctor called it in a day early. Her response was then "how do u lose your medicine?" Like really?! So I explain to her i had to move last minute and cant find it. Shes being rude so I ask why they sent me a message then saying it was out of stock then instead of telling me the truth, by its to early so I could of called my doctor in time for her to call. She then lies again and says she dont know why they sent that. Although the very first thing she said was "oh we put out of stock cuz its not due yet" so you left a 9 month prego chick in withdrawl for THREE DAYS NOW cuz u wanted to be a btchReview fromTonya H

1 starReview of Pharmacist Conduct Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior As a licensed medical provider working with a nationwide medical clinic, I was deeply disappointed by the conduct of a pharmacist at this location. One of our patients returned to clinic after being refused her medication refilldespite presenting a printed prescription that was properly signed, included the physician's NPI number, and met all legal requirements. This method of issuing prescriptions is standard across hospitals and private practices nationwide, especially with the growing use of electronic medical record systems.I contacted the ********************** directly to clarify and ensure the patient received the care she needed. Unfortunately, the pharmacist I spoke with was not only uncooperative, but outright rude and arrogant. I answered all of his questions respectfully, yet he continued to challenge my legitimacy as a provider. Shockingly, he even asked if I was acting like a paramedic. For the record, I hold the appropriate medical degrees and have over 30 years of clinical experience. His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate. Despite confirming that the prescription was for a non-controlled medication, he refused to fill it, asked the same questions repeatedly, questioned my authority without cause, and ultimately ended the call by saying, Lets not waste any more time, before hanging up on me.This kind of behavior creates unnecessary barriers to care and disrespects both the provider and the patient. I was forced to redirect the prescription to a different pharmacy to ensure the patient received her medication without further delay. I have filed a formal complaint with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy to ensure this incident is reviewed appropriately.Numerous online reviews regarding this behavior from the same pharmacist. 1 starI went to CVS Pharmacy located at ************************************* NY NY-The clerk asked me to insert a card instead of using a cash. I stated I would prefer cash. My identification needed to be scanned. He toook my 100$ bill by a corner like it was a dirty diaper and refused to touch my identification asking me to hold it for the scan. I waited for an additional prescription to be filled and watched if any other customer would be treated as I was. They were not. I reported him to the manager named ***** who brushed me off by saying Ill speak to him. Twenty minutes later he was still at the counter. If he doesnt want inter actions with black customers maybe thats not the person ********************** should have working for them. I would like an apology and him being removed for his total disrespect.Review fromDANA L

2 starsCVS ONLINE ORDERING Beware ordering online from CVS. I just recently started ordering products online from CVS, shampoo and cosmetics and vitamins, etc. Quickly, I realized that these items are not being sent out of a central location. Instead, orders are fulfilled by individual stores all across the country. That means todays order might come from an individual pharmacy store in ***** and tomorrows might come from an individual pharmacy store in *******. This is important because lately almost 50% of the time the items I receive from online orders have either been opened and used, are so inappropriately packaged with no padding or not taping tops down or not bagging liquid items that what I ordered frequently arrives broken, leaking, cracked, unusable. I have made attempts to resolve the issue with CUSTOMER SERVICE, but because these items come out of the hundreds of different individual stores across the country it seems that CVS corporate has zero control over online product fulfillment. I have tried numerous times to reach some department that might be in charge of online order fulfillment and there apparently isnt one or at least there isnt one that customers can contact. It is a waste of time for a customer to go online, find an item, order an item, pay for an item, wait for the item to arrive, find that very frequently what they ordered arrives in a completely unusable and unacceptable condition, have to contact customer service, respond back back-and-forth, obtain a refund, and then purchased the products from a different vendor. If you decide to order from CVS, I wish you luck. I genuinely do. You will definitely need it.Review fromJay C

1 starComplaint Against: CVS Pharmacy Location: ******************************************** Complainant Name: ******* ***** Complaint Summary:Delay and difficulty using valid GoodRx coupon due to CVS staff inexperience and system issues.?Detailed Complaint:On June 9, 2025, I visited the CVS Pharmacy located at ****************************************************************************************** to pick up a prescription. I presented a valid GoodRx coupon that displayed the correct discounted price for my medication. However, the pharmacy staff repeatedly told me there were discrepancies between the pricing shown in their system and what I was displaying from ******. Despite showing them the exact code and price multiple times, they struggled to enter it correctly or match it to the system. After several failed attempts and ongoing confusion, they finally found the correct match. This process took over 30 minutes to resolvean unreasonable amount of time for what should have been a straightforward 5-minute pickup. This delay was frustrating and inconvenient. It also reflected either a lack of proper training or system integration issues with ******, which are essential tools for customers managing prescription costs.?Desired Resolution:A formal apology from CVS for the delay and inconvenience. An explanation of why this issue occurred.A review and improvement of staff training to ensure smoother processing of ****** coupons in the future.?Sincerely,******* *****Review fromNola B

1 starMy son is newly diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. We have been waiting for his medications for days just for them to say another 48 hours for review. His skin will literally break down if he doesnt not get his medication so 48 hour is a long time to him. We are now seeing the breakdown due to not having his medication. Why is it taking so long when it is list Urgant!! This is neglect on the pharmacys part and I am so frustrated to see my son in pain and people being so unconcerned about Urgant cases!
