I just experienced yet another instance of racial profiling at a CVS location in ***********, and I feel compelled to speak up.I stopped by this CVS because I had a dentist appointment just down the street. I was early, a bit hungry, and wanted to browse around to pass the time. As I was walking through the store, texting on my phone and casually looking at a few items, a staff member either white or Hispanic approached me from behind and asked if I needed help. I replied that I was just browsing. I genuinely wasnt looking for anything specific, though I had a couple of items in mind I might purchase.Within seconds of that interaction, I heard him call for security over the radio. Because this isnt the first time Ive experienced something like this, I knew exactly what was happening. I continued shopping calmly, still unsettled, and eventually went to check out with the two items I chose. As I stood in line, another call came over the intercom: Security to the front. No one ever came, but the message was clear my presence and my browsing were perceived as suspicious.Let me be clear: window shopping is not a crime. Walking around a store and browsing without grabbing something immediately is not suspicious behavior. Its normal. And yet, as a Black woman in ***********, I continue to be treated as if Im doing something wrong just by existing in certain spaces. This isnt just about one store employee its a pattern Ive seen too many times at ************************* deeply disappointed and frankly, exhausted by this experience. For now, I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. I cannot continue to support a business that consistently makes people like me feel unwelcome or presumed guilty simply for *********** better, CVS.this location is *******************************

I want to share my bad experience with an appointment at CVS Pharmacy (***********************************). I scheduled an appointment for a covid shot for June 3 for 9 am. I received a confirmation via text and email. When I arrived for the shot, the pharmacist (who seemed very unpleasant in demeanor), told me they do not have any vaccines. I asked why I was not notified earlier or the night before. He said that the online system of scheduling appointments is all screwed up. Told me to try another place. This was a big inconvenience for me - taking time off, and traveling by public transportation for an appointment that was cancelled at the very last minute after I showed up.

I'm disabled with a fractured spinal cord which can never be fixed. I am in pain 24 X7 and need to take morphine for my pain every single day. I put in a prescription to your CVS in ******, ** every month and every month they run out. I gave them my prescription on May 21st and by June 3rd they still didn't have any product and couldn't tell me when they would receive another shipment. This happens every month. This is not a prescription that you can run out of. I went to your competitor ****** and found out that they had plenty of morphine on hand. I talked with their pharmacist and asked if they have a problem every month getting in a shipment and they stated "NO". They have several companies that they purchase from so that they never run out. With that knowledge, I want an answer from Corporate CVS, why is it possible for your competitor to have several companies available to buy from but your company states they only have one available to them??? Your pharmacy knows on a monthly basis how many people will be purchasing morphine and should have an adequate supple on hand and if not have several companies available to purchase from. If your competitor is able to do it why can't you?

I have never had this happen before so hope to save someone else the trouble we went though. My daughter just had her wisdom teeth pulled and needed pain meds after trying ******* and ibrophen. The dentist called her in something stronger and the pharmacist refused to fill it. Saying it's not safe. Are you kidding me? It was prescribed by her dentist. Teeth getting extracted is very painful. She made it sound like the Dr. ****** know what he was doing. Thank goodness I was able to contact the ********* and they were able to fill her medicine at ********* with zero problems. The way that pharmacist talked to me was so unprofessional. I really think cvs should be looked into. It's just not right. I will not be using them in the future.

I am a customer of ********************** for over 40 years. I went to purchase an item at CVS (*********************************************************************) on 5/29/25 at approx 5:15 pm and the saleswoman (refused to give her name) was handling my purchase at the same time she was starting another purchase from a customer. I asked her to finish my purchase first. She refused. I went to the manager, *****, and he also refused to acknowledge this was wrong. In fact, he said, "We try and take care of as many people as we can (at the same time!). This is outrageous. I will follow up by writing to the CEO. The policy is so wrong and the manager, *****, should no better as well as the saleswoman.

I purchased 2 items that someone had said was cheap at CVS. They were very overpriced and when I tried to return them 40 minutes later to the same cashier, he refused. The total price was $31.01 which is $16.58 above what I paid at Payless a few minutes later. My receipt says it is returnable within 60 days. Apparently BBB won't take a complaint about getting my refund.

The worst pharmacy out there . All but pharmacist ***** seem to be incapable of customer service or getting their information correct. My ** was sent in two weeks prior, when it was due they didnt order the medication its not a surprise you have the ** they called me to tell me it was ready left a message and make me wait on line to express they didnt order it ?!? And proceeded to get nasty with me for asking if anyone worked there as the order came in two weeks prior. They are slow disorganized and rude as well as unhelpful and not at all concerned how their short failings affect patients ..As it is CVS is horrible as a company they tell you to have the script that was sent two weeks prior to another CVS location to fill sure okay can you tell me of this location has the meds so I can have it sent there no we cant tell you that ?? As if persons needing medication need to play Russian roulette with rx hoping that they end up At some point with a location that has the meds that are supposed to be filled ??? And get nasty when that is questioned

I visited this CVS pharmacy to fill a prescription on 5/16/25. I pulled through the drive thru, as I feel terrible. The young gentleman told me that my prescriptions had just been called in and that they needed 20 minutes to fill. The prescriptions were not just called in, they had been called in for at least 15 minutes. Anywho, I pull off to wait the 20 minutes. After waiting, I pulled back around. There were two cars ahead of me, which took forever. When I made it to the window, it was 8:00pm on the dot, I was told they were closed and that I would have to come back in the morning. Immediately was in line before 8:00pm. My medication should have been filled. He consistently insisted that visit in the morning, all the while Im expressing that I literally cannot breathe and that it was important that I get the medicine that HE told me to wait for. I have consistently had issues with this CVS for years. Empathy in healthcare goes a long way. They treat people like they are selling candy and not lifesaving medications.

TERRIBLE! I Called the store around 9:10, to give them a minute to open. Then I checked the website it said it was "in progress" of being filled. She said give me a couple of hours. I SAID OKAY. My husband goes up there at 11:00, and they tell him they don't have a prescription. So, I go up there around 1:00, and they say, they don't have one. So that morning that had it, but by afternoon, they didn't.... SAY WHAT???So, I called my doctor, and they say they sent it to Vidor. So, they re-sent it in TWO minutes, to ******** on ******. I waited in the parking lot for about 30 min. Then I drove up to the lane for drop-offs only. I call them and say; I would just wait in the parking lot. THEN THEY HAD THE ODASITY, to say it would not be ready until after 4:00 pm. KNOWING, I OBVIOUSLY needed it desperately.... they could NOT have cared less. A good pharmacist/employee would say.... just a minute mam'...., obviously you're in a lot of pain!!!! I'll get right on it! CHANGING PHARMICIES... EXTREMELY RUDE....those people are only there for a paycheck; they don't care about your NEEDS. I said, may I speak to the supervisor, she said: We don't have one, they're on vacation! SERIOUSLY! I would FIRE both of the ladies in the pharmacy IMMEDIATLEY!! ... STILL WAITING! NOW THEY SAY AFTER 5:00PM!!!! I'm done with CVS!
