I purchased $222 worth of clothing. Their website says 12-20 business days of processing (which is already absurd). I placed an order on September 13. Today is day 20. I reached out last night and heard nothing. Again this morning. And again tonight where I finally got a response. They told me they have not yet begun making my order and “they’re sorry.” This is outrageous. I have items that I purchased to have had within reason, they’ve taken the money from me. And some were for a holiday and event coming up that I will not have now.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: my items were 40 days late and I am STILL missing a sweatshirt. I had to reach out to YOU to ask where the shirt was. You’re very unorganized. And you submit the only 2 messages you’ve sent me the last 30 days? How convenient that you were able to find auto generated emails that you send to your customers and act like it was independently sent to me. I want the rest of my order. And on time.

I made a purchase on September 8. The last email I received from them was that my order was confirmed. I never received any further tracking information, shipping information, yet I was charged almost $90. I have emailed them four different times asking for someone to please respond back to me and let me know the status of my order. I have commented and sent messages via Instagram, I’ve used their form submission on their website, and I’ve sent emails. Everything goes Unanswered.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will say that there still was no communication, as I emailed again after speaking with somebody one time and asked if they could please provide me with an updated ETA for shipping and nobody ever responded, I just eventually got my package. I am satisfied with the product, however, I will not be dealing with them further as a seven week turnaround time with multiple messages sent and zero communication back until I disputed I it with my bank is not a company I would want to further do business with.

Places an order on 8/30/2024. I received that order on 9/30/2024
I waited a month for one sweatshirt and when it came there was a hole in it! I immediately emailed and sent a message through ******** since there is no phone number available anywhere. The reply was an automatic reply saying they would get back to me in 3-4 days. That did not happen. I made comments in their ******** posts asking to please respond to my email. I placed an order on 9/7. Received order confirmation that it would take 12-17 business days to receive. It’s been 21 business days and I do not have my order. I’ve emailed them for an update to which you get an automated response saying they will respond to you in 3 business days. They have yet to get back to me and that was 5 days ago. I ordered a sweater on September 11th. I have yet to receive anything nor any communication from the company. I emailed them and again nothing. After reviewing this company through here, it’s a common occurrence. Nothing I ordered is personalized. It is working for autumn and we are inching closer to November here. They are already advertising Christmas merchandise, but have yet to fulfill their Autumn merchandise. I want my Monday back; this is such a scam.Business Response

I placed an order in September 9th and still have not received it. The only communication the company has responded with was a generic statement that they had technical difficulties and shipping would be delayed. I have now requested a refund and have heard nothing in response. This company is ridiculous. It must be a scam. I order from small businesses very frequently...sometimes with very personalized requests...and never has an item taken this long to arrived.
