      I placed an order for a Fourth of July t shirt on June 8, I was so excited to wear it for the Fourth of July this year. I received an email on June 20 saying it was shipped and now it’s July 3 and the tracking doesn’t even state where the package is.
      They sure charged my account and took my money immediately, though!
      I’m a teacher and I do not want to waste my hard-earned money in a company that has such a terrible turnaround. This was a wasted purchase, as I will not wear this shirt until maybe Veterans Day in November.
      Shame on this company.
      I will share my experience on social media and make sure people are aware of the shady practices of this company.
      I cannot afford to just throw away $35 for a T-shirt.

Your order was placed on June 8 and shipped on time from our Charleston, SC warehouse on June 20, which is within our 10–15 business day processing window. Unfortunately, it appears your package was significantly delayed while in the **** network — something we understand is incredibly disappointing, especially for a time-sensitive item.
      While we have no control over ****’s delivery timeline once a package leaves our facility, we still did our best to assist by offering store credit toward a reorder, as we always want our customers to feel supported.
      We are a small, made-to-order business and each piece is created just for you — this allows us to offer the personalized experience many customers love and we would love for you to have a better experience as well.

      My husband got me three shirts for Mother's Day. One shirt is a charcoal gray shirt that has puffy letters/designs. I only got to wear it once and washed it in cold water like it says to do and it's ruined. The puffy letters are cracked and they turned gray like the shirt.

      I placed an order on 8/15 for a few items from Ghost Cowboy. I received a tracking email on 9/6 but to date (10/9/2024) the carrier has not received the items. I wrote to Ghost Cowboy numerous times and with each reply they have stated numerous excuses. First they told me that my shipment must of gotten lost in the mail but they would be sending my items in a new shipment and that I could keep the other items if they showed up. When I followed up again, they told me they would ship by 10/4/24 because they had to reprint my order. I told them that if it doesn't ship by then, I wanted them to cancel my order and provide me a refund for the $110 I spent with them. I have not heard back and at this point don't expect that I will actually receive the product and just hope that I can get a refund. Please don't order from this company.

      I placed an order on 9-15, just a sweatshirt, for my daughter’s birthday on 9-27! Still have not gotten it! When I sent an inquiry email, they replied back to a different person an email that was attached to my email! Weird hun? Anyway that email confirmed my order had been delivered to another state! When I emailed them about it on 9-23 I immediately got a generic response saying I should hear back from someone within 3 days! Nope haven’t heard a word! Emailed them again on Oct. 1, same generic email again saying I would hear from them within 3 days! Nothing as of yet and I’m really not expecting a reply at this point! I’m out that money! Would never recommend this company!

      Do NOT order from this company! They DO NOT ship items in a timely manner nor do they answer their phones. I ordered items August 31 for fall and I am still without my items as of October 1st. I am about to file complaint with my credit card. Don’t make the same mistake I have made; do not order from United Monograms.

      Placed my first order with this company on September 5th with great expectations of receiving it within a couple of weeks. I had to reach out to them to get an update. At which an immediate response said it would take 3 days for me to get a response. Got a response after those three days, saying they were a little behind but it would ship soon. Once again, not received. Had to ask again and wait 3 days again, told again they were running behind. I thought I had ordered in plenty of time to receive this item to take on a trip. I WILL NEVER ORDER from this horrible company again!!!

      Order turn around time is exceeding expectations. I ordered 8/28 mid day. I got the email that they have my order and are working on it on 9/1. The turn around time was 12-17 business days, which is excessive in my opinion. I have now patiently waited and we are past the 17 business day mark without any packaging notice, shipping notice, etc. I ordered my sweatshirt because I wanted to wear it during the fall sports series my daughter is in. Well now by the time it arrives she will have ONE date left to participate in. I’ve ordered from you all before and your stuff used to come pretty quickly. I would say stop promoting so many coupons and sales if you know there is a problem with production and take care of those whom have already placed their orders with you. I’ve read several reviews as well where others are dealing with the same thing and have been for a couple of months. Not just in the past few weeks. love supporting non corporate small businesses; however, the service shouldn’t be subpar when shopping small. It should exceed corporate customer service by far. Hopefully my package arrives soon.

      It’s so unfortunate, but I would not recommend this shop at all, communication and shipping “delays” are horrible and frustrating. My item is going on 8 weeks of not receiving. Please save your money and shop elsewhere. Also, there is a reason they have very limited reviews/comments on their social media post. They delete them all!

      I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this business. Was told it would be 12 - 15 days, when I reached out to them from some form of update prior to the 15 days I received a generic response that it would actually be 12-17 days. I sent a follow up email regarding canceling the order, haven’t heard a response and then I sent a second follow up email a week later (7 calendar days) and I have received any type of response.

      I’m sure the product is great but the customer service feels subpar.

      I have ordered from United Monograms a few times and the items are perfect. This last time I ordered on July 12, 2024 I have yet to receive my order. I emailed once and they answered and said they were backed up so it would be a little extra time. I’ve since emailed twice without a response, I have already paid and do not have any update.
