I purchased a sweatshirt and a sticker from Ghost Cowboy Co on September 8th, 2024. My order has not been updated since then and was estimated to be shipped in 8-12 days. It has not been shipped and I have tried to contact the company via email and Instagram with no response. I would at least just like my money back.Business Response

Transaction was on 9/31 and the website said 12-15 days shipping time. It’s been over 20 business days and the company just told me it’s in line to be produced. It has not even been made in over 20 business days when they advertise that it’ll be shipped out in 15 max. This is shady business practiceBusiness Response

Ordered and have yet to receive product. Received an email stating they are having a delay and it will another two weeks. They told me not to respond to the email as that will cause further delay! This was a gift and ridiculous time for a sweatshirt. Do not order from this company!Business Response

I ordered two shirts from this online business months ago, and after waiting and waiting I emailed them to find out what’s going on, and they claimed it was a shipping issue. It kept being weeks of me waiting to hear updates about this package and eventually they told me it was the issue of USPS and they would not be reshipping me my items after it’s been months of me waiting. I then proceeded to ordered ANOTHER item from this business hoping it would get to me sooner, since this item was a gift, and it’s already been over 3 weeks of waiting to hear about THAT order. And when I mentioned this to the store, they claimed I made that purchase from a fake website that steals their branding. I’ve given this store over $100+ now and have been waiting months without ANY products being delivered to me, this is wrong. This was supposed to be gifts for my family.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:This was a separate order that I made way past the original one because the original one wasn’t getting to me. In my first order back in JUNE, I ordered two of the same shirt in different sizes - XS and L. This is the order that has STILL not been shipped to me, therefore I had to reorder just the XS which I did receive on 10/4/24. This is an issue with the original order, and it’s taking months to allegedly ship to me, and then never actually arrive.

I am rejecting this response because:once again, I placed an order back in JUNE for 2 shirts, one Large and one SX of the mermaid print. After literally MONTHS of not reaching this order and telling me it was a shipping issue I never received this order. I THEN got so frustrated with the back and forth and incoherency of what’s going on, that I then placed ANOTHER SEPARATE order for only ONE XS shirt, which I did receive at the beginning of this month - that is a COMPLETELY different order than what the issue is. I still have not received the original order placed in JUNE for the TWO shirts.

I purchased 3 items on 09/01. I received my order confirmation on 09/01 at 1:57pm saying they got my order. The turn around time shows up to 17 business days. I still have not received anything regarding shipping my order. I’ve reached out via instagram and emailed the customer service. Their email said they would get back in 3 business days and still nothing. However they continue to send out emails about new sales and deals but are having trouble fulfilling the ones they already have. The customer service is seriously lacking. I placed an order on 8/21. This was not a personalized item, so it should be easily shipped. I was told that it would be shipped in 12-17 business days and I still have not received the order. I have emailed this company multiple times and have not received a response, despite an automated response that states I’d get a response in 3 business days. This company is a joke. Their monogram skills are not good. I have received several items done poorly with loose threads and uneven monograms. I even received a completely different brand of tshirt because they didn’t have the one I ordered. I ordered comfort colors (more on their website) and they sent me gildan and didn’t tell me ahead of time and did not refund the difference. I ordered one of the mama puff print shirts. After first wash the puff print was piling off and cracking, emailed the company several times & no response. I wore the shirt again because I do love it & the puff print is even worse. Emailed the company again & yet again no response. They are ridiculous & they tell you if you send them an email and a message on social at the same time they will purposely take longer to respond to you. I hate them so much. I didn’t even want my money back at first just a shirt that’s not damaged but their lack of customer service has me done!Business Response

I placed an order on August 22, 2024 and received a payment confirmation email with an order number. I have yet to receive any additional information, including estimated shipping. I have called the given and sent numerous emails to no avail. The site states there is an 12-17 day processing time. We have exhausted that time frame and I have not received any information for the purchased item. I would like a full refund and this request has gone unacknowledged.
