Hi! I placed my order on 8/8 and the email said up 15 business days for shipment, I asked them a week ago where my order was and they just got back to me saying they are having production problems and might take 15 more business days. I placed an order on 8/7/2024 for two items, one of which is personalized. Today, 9/4/2024, I have yet to receive any information regarding the purchase being shipped. The website advises shipping can take approximately 12-17 business days. The timeframe has been exceeded. Because it is a small order and only 1 item is personalized, it is very difficult to understand why the shipping time is so excessive. If the company is struggling to stay on top of orders, perhaps refraining from continuing to offer back-to-back sales would help. The excessive shipping time is a deterrent from me ordering again in the future or recommending the company.Business Response

Ordered on August 5. To date, no merchandise. Contacted the company twice through their email, as well as a ******** message and an ********* message to find out about status. Company did not respond to any message. They were very quick to charge my card. So I am pursuing a refund through my credit card. If it’s a production issue or some kind of delay, that’s understandable but to totally ignore customer inquiries is unacceptable. And then to continue running promotions without taking care of earlier orders is terrible.Business Response

I placed an order for 2 items on 07/27/24. I received a confirmation email they were working on my order on 08/05/24. I sent a follow up email 08/27 & 09/01 asking for status as I have not received any update a tracking or my package but yet my card has been charged. I reached out on Instagram and Facebook - no response. I tried calling the phone number and it’s an automated voicemail that disconnects you. I feel they are a scam by charging me & not responding or sending out my order. I have no way of reaching them for a status as they will not respond.Business Response

Daughter placed an order 8/2/24. Item states 12-15 business days. As of today it is 20 business days and the company is not responding to her contact attempt. I’ve ordered from this company myself many times before but the customer service is not the “small local company” it used to be. I’ve looked at her order and it still states “confirmed Updated August 2, 2024”. Just looking for item to ship asap or a refund at this point.Business Response

I put in an order on July 25th with the website saying it will ship within 12 to 15 days. I emailed about sizing and they got right back to me so I know they read the emails, I’ve emailed and no response to when they will ship my order. I called and their machine says they have a new answering service and it’s not up yet…. I would like them to deliver my package or give my money back.
