      I ordered a sweatshirt from them and it was suppose to have an (‘) apostrophe for Let’s Go. No where on their site does it say that they do not carry symbols so I ordered the patch sweatshirt.
      I got it and it’s hideous!!!! There is no apostrophe in let’s but rather just a stupid space that makes it look even worse!
      I reached out to them and they said they’d give me a discount code to order again ?? I’m like I’ll never order again!!!!
      If they couldn’t do the apostrophe they should have atleast not put a stupid space the sweatshirt is ruined and I am so dissatisfied

      I ordered two items from them. One small and one 2X. Both items had the same exact size of print. The 2X looked like the fine print you see at the bottom of a commercial. I emailed them to ask why the sizing wasn’t adjusted for the bigger size especially since they charge you EXTRA for plus size for more material. They told me they don’t adjust print sizing for larger sizes. So basically, only order from this company if you’re a size small, otherwise you end up looking like an idiot with insanely small print on your very large shirt. It also does not mention anywhere on the website that the proportions would be off for larger sizing and what I received doesn’t NOT match what is advertised on their website. False advertising at its finest. Please stay away from these people. I emailed them and they took no responsibility for their inaccuracy at all and just shewed me off.

      Ordered a "custom sweater" which just said 'Spooky' and it was supposed to be delivered in 18 business days. I requested information about it and told them my address changed and I had updated it with USPS. I NEVER received my product because 1) it was shipped later than indicated, 2) they never requested the new address. I was under the impression that since they had not said anything regarding my address change that they used USPS as their carrier. They claimed to have called me but I never received a call not a voicemail from them. Now I will have to drive 3 hours for a $40 "custom" sweater or dispute the charge.

      Never shipped my order but they charged my card. They will not respond to any of my emails or Instagram messages. It's been impossible to reach customer service.
