      If I could give this a lower rating I would. Order the ghost Dr Pepper shirt. It’s been a month exactly and I still have no email back from them or a shipping notice on order. Do not buy from them.

      SO DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered their featured 'Halloween cookies' sweatshirt.
      First of all double check their complete website because they have multiple listings for the same items at different pricing with no explanation.
      They took way longer than warned to complete my order. They never responded to my emails asking where my order was. I received a generic email notifying me that it had shipped WAY later than quoted but no response to previous emails.
      FINALLY received my sweatshirt and the monogrammed colors are WRONG. I ordered what was featured and this is not what was featured. This looks so stupid and cheap now. Did they run out of the featured color? Why was I not notified? Why were they not honest or offer to let me pick another color or pattern?
      This is not what i purchased. This is not what I was promised. This looks like a 20year old ***** ***** sweatshirt with faded patches.
      No response to any emails! No acknowledgement! Complete scam!

      Absolutely amazing customer service…. I’ve ordered several items in the past and here recently had an order that messed up after initial wash. Sent over pictures and emailed it to them and they responded very quickly. Customer service fixed the issue and is already making new shirts for me to replace the ones that were defective. Will keep my business over the years to come.

      I ordered $200 worth of clothes for our upcoming Disney trip. The design is so cute but the quality is not. The print came in faded and looks like I have owned it for 5 years when I have never even worn or washed them. I notified the company that I was dissatisfied. They responded promptly but did not care that the items were faded. They said the product was satisfactory. I do not agree!!! I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

      I just ordered a couple shirts from here and they came out so cute! I am in love with how they came out with the monogram. The quality of the shirts were great.I got a shirt with the puffy letters on it and it was beyond cute, I had a question about the order and sent an email to their customer service and they responded in less then 24 hours and were extremely helpful. I plan on ordering more summer shirts and July 4th shirts from them ASAP.

      I really wish I would have read all these comments before placing my order. I ordered airplane mode what looks to me like a navy blue set that has dark letters and dark pants and I receive something totally different. Two different colors faded awful I called today 5/2 spoke with a customer service person who told me that those are not a set and that the colors are not matching. Funny how the picture they have on the model is totally different than what I received and of course I cannot return them because they are monogrammed that is there scandalous Ways once monogram they cannot be returned then give me the colors that is shown on the picture of your ad. She was not very pleasant. I sent the pictures as asked with no response. We’ll see what happens. If not, I will fight this with my credit card company and report this further !

      Sent an email on April 6th regarding an order I placed on March 9, 2023. I order two personalized sweatshirts. Their estimated time for the products were 9-14 business days! I did get an email back pretty fast, but it stated this "Our production team isn't able to fulfill the Letter Patch Sweatshirt with the design you've requested." Out of frustrations, I did reply back wondering why 1) the other sweatshirt has not been completed and mailed and 2) when would I have been notified had I not reached out about my order? In return to my second email the response from UM was as follows "Unfortunately our production team just made this issue aware to us-- usually we are first to know when something simple is holding the order up, so we apologize for that delay!". Giving them two stars in hopes my order makes it to my home and they are nice sweatshirts. I follow this company through a blogger, and that is why I took a chance on their site. I am hopeful they fulfill my order correctly and the products are good!!!!

      Since this doesn't give you the opportunity to respond back to the shops reply to your complaint.
      No the issue was not resolved in the manner I asked it to be (an immediate refund). Had you answered my requests in the 4 days that I reached out, it wouldn't have shipped. You also said it has "just left" the warehouse when I called at 9:00 AM CST. I received notification from USPS that it didn't leave until 2:40 PM.
      It's also concerning that you said you would allow my comments on social media (which was the timeline of our interaction, nothing harmful) and you deleted all comments and blocked me.
      Your business practices are beyond unethical. Enjoy your fame now, it won't last.

      Please, never ever order from this company. I think my history with them will speak for itself.

      Before placing an order with United Monograms, please review the history of my order.

      February 25: order placed, charged for order immediately on credit card
      March 8: United Monogram reached out asking to substitute order due to supplier restock issue
      March 9: Resolution reach, United Monogram said the order would be expedited
      March 13: Reached out to United Monograms via their direct email about the initial restock issue, to inquire about order as it has not been shipped (is for St. Patrick's day). No response received.
      March 14: Reached out to United Monograms to inquire about order as it has not been shipped (is for St. Patrick's day). No response received.
      March 15: Reached out to United Monograms via phone, Instagram direct message, Facebook direct message (message is marked as "seen"), no response to my inquiry.
      March 16: After placing 2 calls, I finally talked to a human. Interestingly, my items has just shipped and they weren't able to catch it. Because it has shipped, they weren't able to issue me a refund in that moment. Because my items were not monogrammed, I was given the option to send them back for a refund. However, I have to wait until the items are received, print a return label and then wait to receive my refund. I asked to speak with someone else. Again, interestingly enough, the owners just happened to leave for vacation that morning. They said they would contact me when they return.

      They reported that they are a small business. I love to support a small business, but not one that only cares about money and profits.
