I have lived at Keswick 10 mos. Retired senior citizen. I love the fake fireplace and trash pickup at the door. The size & plan is perfect for one person or a couple starting out and if you have a dog, you open your door to a doggie park. At times, you can smell the doggie park and dumpster. The office and maintenance staff are polite and do what they can. I was impressed with Maintenance changing filters every 3mos. HVACs going bad and window leaks when it rains can be heath risks. My bedroom double window leaks bad. Ive reported this everytime it leaks. Usually with heavy rain! HVAC, window leaks, doggie park, dumpster can cause medical issues. Hearing loss is possible with portable A/C unit if needed and the 8 HVACS humming outside the door with different pitches. My A/C/heat had issues 7mos. Last 3 mos fabulous A/C after new HVAC installed. Double window leaks need fixing.. The drips splashed on cat bed and corner of my bed during heavy rain. I am being charged 2 mos penalty close to $3,000 for breaking lease 2 months early and if I turn keys in before 60 days notice is complete I will be charged another $3,000 (2 months) penalty. My gut says something is VERY wrong with this picture. I should have read others' reviews before leasing.Intermark Management Corporation

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. I want to acknowledge the frustrations that experienced and express my understanding regarding your situation.
I can imagine how difficult it must be to consider breaking your lease, especially with the added stress of paying fees. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us. I know you are happy to have purchased your new home.
Regarding the air conditioning, I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the multiple repairs. After exhausting all efforts repairing your ac, we felt it would be best to get a new replacement. It’s frustrating to deal with ongoing issues, and I appreciate your patience throughout this process. The entire staff did everything possible to get the ac installed as soon as possible. While I am sure have condensing units outside your door can at times be a little loud, they will not damage your hearing in any way. While it was so hot outside, we wanted to make you as comfortable as possible with portables inside your home.
As for the roof leaks, I understand how disruptive this can be, especially after several repairs. We have had contractors out multiple times to repair the issues for a while. I will ensure that our team prioritizes this matter to provide a lasting solution.

1 starI'm just gonna put myself out there!.... if you have had a mold issue due to water damage, negligence of ANY kind that have resulted in injury, PLEASE FIND ME on ********- @********.
This company had me HOMELESS for 3 months this year due to a flood that caused water damage. Unfortunately the apartment was not properly treated for the damage that had water up to the FRONT door FROM the master bedroom in the back!!!!.... I am now 2 hours away from my kids because of their NEGLIGENCE. I haven't even received my security deposit back.- NCReview fromCorinne B

1 starDo not rent under this management company what glitters ain’t gold this management company is horrible I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to live in any apartments through these people I am referring to Westbrook Trace Apartments in Salisbury NC 28147 they have a woman in office has no knowledge of what she is doing very disrespectful she moves on her own sweet time when I first applied there I was told the wait was 2 months I been on list 8 months now and have given that idiot I’m the office all the paperwork that she asked and required and still getting the run around you ask her questions you get no direct answers until you get nasty or threaten to go over her head she is a liar when I first went she said she was trying to get me in by 1st which was 2 weeks away then after says I never said that don’t trust what she says she is working with a blind fold over her eyes she has no experience or knowledge of what she’s doing don’t waste your time with her go over her head because just because it’s low income don’t mean I don’t have a paid attorney that I will contact about this so called state low income management program it’s not over you messed with the right one now because I’m coming after your company with my attorney see you in courtReview fromAlicia W

1 starI live at RockPointe 1 apartments and my apartment has mold issues and has had leaks in walls, ceiling. I've told management about my issues but nothing has been done & no one cares. My kids shoes, clothes, and bed has been messed up and nothing was replaced. I need to be moved into a new apartment & I deserve free months rent!!! I call the office no one picks up. I call corporate and no one calls back. This is b.s. Something needs to be done ASAP. All I want is justice!!!Review fromAngie A

1 starDO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY! This is a scam. I have called/left multiple emails and voicemails regarding being "removed from the system" and no one has returned a call or responded to an email. I was served with a Rule to Vacate on July 7, 2023 because "compliance did not file my paperwork in time." This is false because I turned in any and all paperwork as soon as I was asked. I found a new place and moved out within the 10 days stated on the Rule to Vacate. I filed my response with the court, showed up to court on our assigned date and no one from this company showed so it was dismissed. I have not lived at Wellington Square in over 2 months. I paid money toward August rent and I have not received a refund for that. I was served with another RTV on September 19, 2023! I now have to miss work again to deal with this nonsense. I have not lived there since July 17, 2023 and I turned my keys in on July 27th. I emailed the manager about the keys and provided my forwarding address as she requested and they still have not moved me out. I went to the office and spoke with the manager face to face about it and she said she would call her "regional manager" and return the call from the Clerk of Court (because even the court recognizes that this is irrelevant especially since I don't live there) however, she never emailed or called me as stated. I am filing a counterclaim against them for money I prepaid for August and other issues. If you are still receiving notifications about your rent being late and you no longer live there, you should check the Publix Index for York County SC and make sure they didn't serve you with a RTV. If you did not respond, there will be a Writ of Ejectment filed under your name which is EXTREMELY damaging to your rental history and credit. My neighbor called when she saw the process server thank goodness! I would have never known. This is the most unprofessional and negligent company that I have ever had the misfortune to experience.Review fromShanae F

1 starI was a resident at Forest park crossing for the past five years and have never had any complaints regarding trash, noise or anything. The only thing that has changed in those five years is this previous year which has been under the new management of Amanda and Debra (regional manager), since they have been managing this property, I have been targeted, discriminated against and under surveillance of who is entering and leaving my home the past few months. The staff is almost never present in the office when you need them, even contact through email and phone have received no answer, I’ve gone as far as to reaching out to their corporate office and still haven’t received a call back. This has caused extreme distress on myself as well as my kids, as a mother I was placed under pressure and emotional distress trying to find a roof for my children, when they told me I couldn’t renew after receiving 3 offer letters. These folks don’t care about anything but a dime! I was charged a $600 trash fee for no reason! When there’s always trash piled up at the dumpster! Tenants blinds are horrible. Also, the regional manager Deborah threw out grill, that was far away from the apartment building and there’s another tenant that has a grill outside near their door! Also Tried to Block me from Moving forward in Life with Fraudulent eviction and My Attorney Johnnie Finch Jr. Esq. Pursued A Case and this was June 29, 2022. They Dismissed the case But However Here it Is June 23, 2023. Myself Nor my Daughter has been Compensated for Our Pain and Suffering and Trauma. Or the Complete Loss of everything. 1 starI’m a current resident of the Keswick property, I’ve only been there a month. I moved into an apartment that apparently wasn’t ready for move in based on my initial walk through. The manager asked me to compose a list of items that needed to be attended to. I did so and submitted via email on June 1st. After not receiving a response a couple of days following I went to the office and was told that they were extremely busy and now that I was in the system please resubmit my request under the maintenance request in the portal, so I did so on June 5th. Well it wasn’t until June 15th that maintenance showed up to fix the light at the entrance of the apartment. The light was on 1 of 14 things on the list. I inquired at that time asking when will the other issues be addressed. Maintenance to me the the list was intense and that the will be back on Monday to resolve those issues. Monday June 19th, was a holiday, so I assume that was the reason for the no show. So, on Tuesday I call the front office and as usual no answer. I then opt to call the maintenance emergency number provided by the recording. I spoke with the answering service who took my very detailed message about my complaint and here it is Thursday June 22th and still no response. So I guess my next step is finding the housing regulations board here in Columbia or seeing what other options I may need to take. I’m very disappointed in the conduct of this property!Review fromV. 1 starMy Aunt applied for an apartment in January at Sea Pines apartment in Lady’s Island, SC and gave them a $25 application fee. She was told that an apartment would be available in a couple of months. Since then she called on one occasion and they said that they didn’t have an application on file for her. Since then she has not heard back from them and has not been able to reach anyone. It’s practically June…
