      I brought my car in for service. They quoted me a price for an inspection. They had my car in the lot all morning. I had to keep calling to see if my car was being worked on. I couldn't get a hold of Darryl the manager. I had to Uber down to the shop and my car was still sitting out in the parking lot. They said they would get to it in the morning. This went on for three days. They made some bogus clam about replacing a hose in my intake for coolant. $915.45 They never told me how much it would cost before the service. No cost on this supposed hose. No labor per hour or how many hours it took. The only thing listed is a thermostat and no gasket. which you do not need to take the intake manifold off for. No notes about what all they supposedly did. I agreed to pay or they wouldn't give me my car back. Go anywhere but here. The manager and the owner are shady.

      The transaction date was on December 9th 2024 and the amount of money paid (invoice included) was 1476.01.
      The car went in on November 18th 2024. It was taken by a toll truck since the clutch stopped working.
      Please note the same business changed a part on August 2023, which had to be changed again on January 2024. On March a bigger problem with the clutch happened and they made a mayor repair with a $1500 cost.
      Back to the incident in dispute, the assumption was that anything regarding the clutch should still be under warranty, so when the toll truck to the car to the business, Dave the person in charge at the time (he was fired) said that the job would be covered.
      After they not even tuching the car for the first week, the second week around they said it was the pump (same part that they replaced for the second time last January). After waiting for another week, they said it was a spring behind the pedal, and a few days later they said it was a problem in the clutch.
      Acording to them, the fact that the clutch was still under warranty prevent them from charging again, almost 1500 dollars.
      The amount was paid and the car release after 3 weeks and not only the clutch is not working but the car has additional noises and 2 lights on the board that were not lid up are now.
      We kindly request your support to get our money back to be able to pay for the repair of our family's only car.

      The customer has been informed the part that is needed and has failed has never been replaced by us. Its original part. The confusion for them is that the clutch works in conjunction with the part that has failed. We have made every effort to explain and offer options for repair.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is not a warranty issue. All the repairs that they have done during 2024 have failed.

      The repair that is being dispute in this complain, was the last one, and what they did DOES NOT WORK. The car is not working properly. It is actually worse. All the offers they have made involve paying more money. Who will keep giving them more money if the car is in a WORSE condition than when it when in with THE CLUTCH not working.

      How can their offer to keep charging be an option if the work they have performed does not work.

      The money back is the only honorable thing for this business to do.

      The part that has failed that needs to be replaced is not a part that we have already replaced therefore it is not covered under our warranty.  There is no refund amount to be offered at this time.  We apologize for the frustrations involved with this situation, however, we cannot warranty or be responsible for repairs that we have not performed and parts that we have not replaced.

      I took my car in for service and was assured that all work performed was under warranty. I was informed that if the issue persisted after the repair, I could return, and they would address it. Throughout the process, I communicated with Tim, who was excellent in explaining the work performed, providing pricing, and more. A few days later, I picked up my car, only to find it in worse condition: it was overheating, displaying warning signals, and eventually, an error message appeared on the dashboard instructing me to stop driving. I immediately returned the car and contacted Tim, who said they would inspect it. Later, Tim informed me to take the car to the dealership, as they could no longer assist. When I inquired about the work performed and the associated warranty, Tim stated that his technician refused to work on my car. My warranty company and I paid nearly $1,000 for a new radiator. However, after consulting a BMW specialist, I discovered that only a new radiator hose had been installed. I paid $1,000 for a hose. I am seeking a refund of my $450 deductible, along with reimbursement for two days of rental vehicle expenses at $60 per day.

      The information provided is false attached are pictures of her radiator that was in fact replaced, the "hose" was unfortunately not covered by the customers extended warranty , we have tried to work with this customer and explain we can only do what is authorized by their company.  we will honor any warranty related to the radiator.

      I took my vehicle there to be repaired under the advertisement of the warranty company. They told me that the problem with the vehicle was something they had seen before and would be no problem told me what I needed and then submitted the claim to the warranty company. After a few rounds with the warranty company, they agreed to pay for the repair. This was around November 16. The truck has been there since November 1. They explained to me what my part of that would be which was $1619 the warranty company was paying $3026 , they were the parts and told me to expect to have it done by December 1. Since then management has changed they can’t keep employees. They have yet to finish my truck although they called me on Friday last and said it was done. They also said this to the insurance company who issued them a check for $3026 , as of today, my truck is not completed they do not have the personnel to fix it in the shop. I have requested that the manager call me for the district he has not I called the southeast district office for precision tune, auto care they have not called me back , my charge is that they misrepresent themselves when saying that they knew how to fix the vehicle they misrepresented themselves when they told me they had the experienced people in the house to make the repair and now they have been paid for something they haven’t done and still have my vehicle . I have reported this fraudulent hacked to the warranty company advised them that they did not have the vehicle done and they should not have been paid. I have not put out the $1619 yet as they have not told me the truck is done , I would like a resolution to this problem .

      In 7-8 23 I took my car to precision tune because the ac was as cold as it usually is.they diagnosed it and said it was the pressure switch and it would cost $760.I told them to fix it.two hours later they called and said it was fixed.the paid them with my card I’ll get the car later.when I went to get it ,it I noticed now the a/c was not working at all.I told them and left the car there.The car staid until the 7-28 while they was trying to fix it.atbone point they the part they put in was bad.they said they replaced it but it didn’t work.On I told them if they couldn’t fit it and they done took my money and before they do more damage to cut their losses and send it to the dealership.they never would.on 28th I took I to ford dealership. They fixed it for $591.74 which is cheaper than they were. And the report says they did it wrong.

      I called the precision about my warranty I had a tune up done on 11/17/22 I called the store on10 19 23 and wS told the warranty has expired bit on the paper work it said spray plugs or 24 month or 24.000 miles it hasn't been a year yet but being told my warranty is no good my truck is doing the same thing again mis firing

      On 9/1/23 i got my timing belt and water pump replaced.
      It wasnt a month later I started having starting problems with my vehicle which i thought was electric but in fact it was not. Yesterday 10/19/23 my car cut off at a light. As if the gas no longer worked. Upon having a new mechanic take a look after getting it towed it is the timing belt if out of timing. I spent over a thousand dollars for me to have issues due to the placement of a belt. It should not have happened. I have called but district manager is out of town at the moment (understandably) but I do hope to have a resolution so i can get my car fixed. This should not have happened.
      The repair was very quick and that should have been my sign they weren’t doing it correctly.

      On Friday 8/25/23 I took my Camaro in for an oil and filter change. I also had my cabin air filter changed. I had this done on this day because I was leaving for the weekend to go 3 hours away to see my family. Long story short, now my check engine light is on, my car is not running right and when idiling at the red light with the air conditioner on it dies. I have worked very hard and saved money for a long time to purchase this vehicle. I would like for my car to be running the same way it was when I took it to them. People should be able to trust where they have work done on their car. We take our children to daycare and school everyday in these vehicles that this company works on and we as customers deserve to be able to pick up our vehicles in working order or at least in the same functioning condition it was when we left it. I want my car repaired to run exactly as it was when I pulled up to the business on Friday.

      Sometime between May 15-19, I went in to get an oil change and brakes. The front desk person dropped my key fob to my vehicle and broke it. They said to come back in a week and a half for a replacement, I did, and no key fob. I waited another couple of weeks and the staff didn't know anything about it. The next week I went in and actually spoke to the manager and he said to come back next week. I went the next week and no key fob. I went the next couple of weeks and one of the mechanics was talking to the manager on the phone. The manager claimed he got the wrong key fob. I asked why I never got any phone calls about this and they said they would call when it comes in. It's been almost 2 months since that discussion and nothing has been done.

      On May 30, 2023 my auto stopped in front of the businees. The problem was my transmission in my 2019 Nissan. The shop installed a transmission $4500.00 repair(which I was told came form Nissan) and I picked my car upon June 5, 2023, at which time it stopped again andd had to be towed to the shop. I picked it agin on June 6, only to have check engi e light on . To datethey haave not repaired the issue and base it on a programming problem. I am unable to utilze my vehcile and would like resolution.
