      Palmetto has become my go to spot for both pricing and availability. I had to call in to get some specific information about a product and was pleased that the person that served me was very knowledgeable and polite in responding to my request. They also made sure that all of needs were met. It is a pleasure to work with them and will continue to do so.

      I was getting worried about why hadn't received an ordered confirmation after a couple days. Melissa from customer service was able to track down my order and discovered that I had an error in my email address. She was quickly able to correct my error and now the world is right again!
