      I purchased a 5.7 Rock/ar15 bundle as well as a 5 magazine/ box of 5.7 ammo bundle this weekend from their "Daily Deals". The magazine / ammo deal said buy five magazines and a box of ammo get a $40 discount making the box of ammo free for a total of $99 for five magazines and the box of ammo. Somehow the website did not apply the $40 discount and now customer service won't apply the $40 discount even though I submitted screenshots showing the "Daily Deal". Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had and as someone who has purchased many Palmetto State Armory products in the past I can say without question that I will never order anything from PSA again!

      Serialized and non-serialized orders will enter the system separately, which may cause some pricing errors at checkout. Our records show this customer was provided a ten percent discount code due to this error.

      Have placed multiple orders over the last year and continue to receive quality parts in a timely fashion. Their website is easy to navigate, the information is there to make qualified purchases, and the prices are the best in the industry. They offer discounts and free shipping on occasion which is what I usually wait for. 100% full lifetime warranty. I needed a pin out of a build kit, submitted a request via the "contact us" link, and received confirmation the next day from Chandler at customer service that one is being shipped out. Outstanding.

      PSA has always been great in both supplying quality equipment and in the rare event an issue has arisen, they have taken care of it quickly and free of charge. Chandler was very quick getting me a replacement part for a finish issue. Much appreciated! Lifetime warranty backed up by a company that cares about doing it right.

      Horrible customer service! I have been a long time customer and have never had an issue until recently when they sent illegal mags to my state (knowingly) they are scamming people left and right, not including the correct merchandise with your order, and won't correct their mistakes! Cheap mistake for them to fix and now they've lost a life time customer!

      Purchased a firearm package consisting of firearm, (.22 cal.) three 25rd magazines, and a soft case from a Labor Day sale. My state of Delaware allows the sale of magazines in excess of 17rds only to individuals that meet certain exceptions (i.e., law enforcement officers, active-duty military, CCDW holders, etc.) which I do. Palmetto State Armory never contacted me nor discounted the price and shipped the package minus the three $26/ea. magazines. After waiting on hold for 20 mins as to why i did not receive the magazines I was told there is nothing they will do! So, I need to spend another $75 to purchase the three magazines from my local FFL holder. At a minimum they should have called prior to shipping to confirm my knowledge of their policy and/or replace the 25rd magazines with three magazines of lesser amounts. I will never make another purchase from Palmetto State Armory, and I will always recommend others do the same!

      Our Terms and Conditions state magazine restrictions for the customer's state. We also state these magazines will be removed from any firearm purchase to the state without a refund. The customer must agree to our Terms and Conditions before being allowed to place their order.

      False advertising. Items recieved did not contain all the items in the advertisement. Contacted the call center and was told I could either keep the items i recieved, or return it all at my expense for a refund. The ad still said that the item in question was included when I called the call center. The person on the phone didn't care. I would rather pay more than get treated the way I did. The higher ups were made aware of my issue by people in the office many times and they chose to ignore me and my issue. I waitied almost 2 weeks and never heard from them. I am returning it all and will never buy from them again. I guess when you go with the lower cost, you get lower standards.

      PSA shipped me the wrong item, then blamed the manufacturer and refused to take responsibility. This is the second time PSA has done this to me. I ordered a $1200 Sig Sauer P320 Equinox, Model 320AXGCA-9-CW-EQ-R2. PSA sent me the "California" version, which is 320AXGCA-9-CW-EQ-R2-10 because it ships with 10-round magazines instead of the standard 17-round. The paper trail is clear: my invoice says 320AXGCA-9-CW-EQ-R2; the box I received is clearly marked 320AXGCA-9-CW-EQ-R2-10. I do not live in a "restricted" state. The PSA "customer support" person was completely unhelpful, to the point of being rude. The facts didn't seem to matter to her at all; she just kept repeating that it was Sig's fault, though she DID acknowledge that PSA shipped the firearm to me, not Sig. When I called Sig, they told me that PSA does this all the time -- ships the wrong item and blames the the manufacturer. He said Sig "was trying to work with PSA" to get them to stop this predatory practice, so far unsuccessfully. He said all he could offer was to send me three 17-round magazines with a 20 percent discount and free shipping. I took him up on the offer and will never do business with PSA again. PSA's business model is that of an extractive industry, with consumers being mined rather than cultivated. Not surprisingly, they have the worst customer service of anyone in the industry.

      False advertisement. Wouldn't give all the products it said. When confronted, they didn't care to help other than do a return. Now I have hundreds of dollars in limbo until they receive my return. Not buying from again
