      Thier customer service lacks and they have some very discourteous people running thier chat that basically just brush you off and then tell you to have a nice day. Wow the worst Customer service! You can spend a lot of money there and still get treated like a dog! (I treat my dog a lot better than t Palmetto State Armory customer service! Never buy from them again.

      We have several points of contact from this customer regarding returning products for refund, but are unable to find any negative encounters under their listed e-mail address. We will investigate further and provide coaching to any customer service representatives in question.

      Spoke with customer service about some pricing corrections and Dejah was able to answer everything and get it taken care of very fast. Great attitude, excellent service and happy to see PSA looking out for their customers.

      Want to Thank TYESHA for helping me with my reshipment order which was an issue due to the fact that the FFL's plans for vacation , which they did not make me aware of when contacted . Due to UPS 3 attempt delivery policy during the week of delivery , it's hard to know what would happen with the order Upon my contact with you , turned out to be the best course of action to return and then resend !       I have currently ordered 4 firearms from palmetto state and lots of ammo. I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. I am always pleased with how fast everything ships out. Everything has always arrived just as expected. Have always been happy with Eriqson and the customer service that Palmetto state offers. If you need an amazing firearm, or affordable ammo, palmetto state is second to none. They have earned my business for years to come. Thanks for keeping the peasants armed Palmetto state.

      Chandler was right on top of my problem . I would recommend P.S.A. to anyone. This was the first time I ever had a problem with one of their products and couldn't be happier with the speed and way it was handled. GREAT JOB!

      JEROME with customer service left me Speech less!!! They are the absolute best I could never ask for any better service!! An for these reasons alone I will easily buy mostly all my guns from PSA forever lol!! They contacted me very fast also made it right!!! Hands down best overall customer service out there!!! These guys value you as a customer an there actions speak for themselves!! I can't speak highly enough about this company!!! Thanks PSA for everything!!!

      I spoke with Terria. I explained to Terria that the part that I needed was the large roll pin (approximately 1/4 inch) that holds the weight into the bolt carrier (G4, 9mm) was walking out and scraping on the inside of the upper receiver, causing the bolt and carrier to malfunction and lock up. I believe Terria understood which part it was. I sent a picture to follow up.

      Pleased with Palmetto State Armory and won't hesitate to do business with them again. My firearm was delivered to my FFL then myself. But the invoice, on PSA's web site did not list the serial number of the firearm. I called PSA and spoke with Jessica. She was professional and respectful. She sent me an email from PSA's server that lists the SN and description of the gun. I find it odd that the SN was not listed in the the invoice .pdf or the order .pdf. I know the SN is on the box but I wish PSA would inform the customer that they may want to take a picture of the box (with SN visible) since it is the only record the customer has of the SN of the firearm.

      I've spent several thousand dollars over the last few months at Palmetto. Decent quality for the money, but they Customer Service is what keeps me coming back. I placed an order based on an item being out of stock; the very next morning, that item was back in stock. I called and chatted with a support rep, and they were able to cancel my order so I could re-order the original items that I wanted. They said it would take 5-7 days for the purchase to be refunded (which is pretty typical). My only complaint, is that I wish they would put the order number in the email (validating the cancellation), since I immediately went and made a new order after the first item was cancelled. Hope it doesn't cause any confusion.... But, as long as they know what they're doing on the back end, no worries. Thank you, PSA!

      I went online to the Palmetto State Armory website to show concern for the lack of customer service at the retail store. through the chat portal I was never offered any help but immediately was directed to leave my complaint with the BBB. And the retail store has no customer service. There's always a waiting line to view firearms. And it seems to be whoever gets noticed first is the one that gets helped. With any free market system I will go somewhere else.
