On February 15 a couple of my co-workers and myself we travel form Salem Oregon to the Military base JBLN for a training. That day we went to the US Patriot tactical store. I bought a pair of boots, however on the next day I noticed that one feels tighter than the other one, I went back on yesterday Sunday February 19, the store did not help me because I didn't have my receipt, she looked into the cashier or computer and she found the two tickets. She mentioned that just because she find the receipts she won't be able to exchange the boots. I asker if I can talk to a supervisor and she give me the email address to send her an email. I haven't receive any re-reply back or phone call.
I have been deployed several time and I always buy boots before and after my deployments the same ask my Soldiers.
*****Why US Patriot tactical store do not help us when they know that is our situation sometimes is hard to keep stuff when we travel, this is not the first time thT I have the same issue on 2021 I bought one per of boots and some combat shirts. I couldn't exchange the shirts because of the tickets issue. We are not an strangers or stealing merchandise from them to treaded like a thief. *****

I ordered a pair of Danner Hot Weather Resurgent 8" Boots, Color: Coyote. Size 13W. Order No. *******
I received a pair of boots in Size 11.5, I cannot wear these boots due to them being 1.5 sizes to small.
I have contacted U.S. Patriot Tactical via Phone Call, Email and ******** messenger. They will not answer any phone calls that I have made. They responded to my email that was submitted via their contact us page on the U.S. Patriot Tactical website. They requested pictures of the boots, Which I have provided. So far they have not responded to me email since 14 December 2022. On 11 January 2023 I left a 1 star review on their ******** page to which they sent me a private message asking for my order information and more pictures of the boots to help resolve my issue. I have provided all information and pictures as requested, So far they have not responded to my message, ******** messenger confirms that my message has been read.
All I am attempting to obtain is an exchange for the correct size of boot.Business Response

I ordered boots for $150.70 an they were never delivered. I emailed the company and they are saying they will not refund my money. And canceled my order. I simply want my money back. I made the order #: ******** on August 10th on www.uspatriottactical.com, the amount spent is $60. I have not received my purchase and have not had any notification of when it will be shipped to me. I left a message on the seller's website on September 19 asking when I would receive the product I purchased, and I have not received any response to date. I am now asking for a refund, this is a scam company. I paid for the goods with my ****** balance and the associated credit card. First I went to complain through ****** to return my money, but ****** did not respond to my complaint. Then I appealed through my credit card and only $669.89 was refunded, and $60 was not refunded.Business Response

I ordered a pair of boots (online) from US Patriot Tactical on 11/27/2022 using ******. My credit card was immediately charged for $130.40. Twelve days passed without any updates or delivery of the boots. I investigated this company and was horrified by the reviews on Trustpilot and the BBB. I could not reach them on the phone, they did not respond to my emails or an inquiry that I completed on their website. When I tried to log onto the account created during ordering, their site stated that my account did not exit. I have filed a dispute with both ****** and my credit card company. As far as I know, they have not responded to ****** or my credit card company.
As of 12/17/2022, I have not received my boots or any updates about the shipment of this order. The order confirmation number was 00387667 and the shipment number is ********.Business Response

I ordered two stools in two different colors on October 7th. One stool arrived and I waited for the second one. October 29th I contacted them asking about it. I send another inquiry on November 14th. I did not hear back from either inquiry. When, I call I'm stuck on hold waiting for a representative and have never been able to talk to anyone. I’ve ordered a customs uniform from them twice now in hopes of receiving the item. BOTH times the item has been marked “undeliverable” and returned to sender by USPS. This is due to faulty shipping label printing/application by US Patriot Tactical, as other items have delivered successfully multiple times. I am rejecting this response because: If you look closely, there are TWO orders. The first one was shipped in early November. The address is not incorrect, as I had another piece in the same order with the EXACT same address that reached me without issue. Along with this piece (Tracking #:**********************). I have also received other packages from USPT with the same APO address. As was stated previously, USPT prints with labels that are often unreadable by USPS, and therefore returned to sender.

We understand Mr. *******'s frustration and are working to remedy the situation. We enter the addresses as they are given to us by the customer. This is automated to ensure no mistakes or typos are made. We have reviewed the label and and ensured that it matched the information given. The labels left our facility intact and readable as they are scanned and inspected at pickup by a USPS representative. We have taken this issue to the Post Master General of USPS to discuss options as the breakdown appears to happen after the package leaves our facility.
