Liars. I purchased a custom OCP top from them because it showed on their website I would receive this item in a timely manner. A few days after the purchase, I went to my account to check the status of my order and it shows multiple items for the top out of stock and would take about a month. I immediately emailed the company to ask for the cancellation and refund due to this inconvenience. The company never responded. I emailed the company again a week later with the same complaint and this time they responded. They stated in the email that my product was released from the back order on 05/20/2023 and they already working on getting the badges sewn on so they can’t cancel. I responded with photos of my order from their website that contradicts their statement as it shows 4 items for the order as out of stock and the estimated ship date of 06/13/2023. They answered back that their system doesn’t update the dates when they come in and to expect to have my product shipped by the end of the week.
A week later I decided to check my order again, and now it’s still showing the out of stock items with a new estimated ship date of 06/19/2023. How did the date update if they don’t update the dates of when products come in? They lied directly to me and won’t refund my money. There’s no way they’re working on my order and are holding my money hostage until they find it convenient to fulfill it. This company is absolute trash and needs to be shut down to prevent further stealing.U.S. Patriot Tactical

We got a little behind in our warehouse which caused us some order fulfillment issues. We have made great progress in getting caught up. We appreciate you bringing to our attention the confusion with our estimated ship date infomation. It appears we received the product in sooner than we anticipated. In a nutshell, we failed you tremendously with this order and this is not the experience we want our customers to have from us. I recently had a highly frustrating experience with US Patriot, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with their shipping policy and customer service. Despite their advertised policies, I encountered significant difficulties when attempting to cancel an order and receive a refund. First and foremost, US Patriot failed to adhere to their own shipping policy. The promised delivery timeframe was clearly stated during the checkout process, but my order was not even shipped within the specified window. As a result, I did not receive my package in time for the intended purpose, causing inconvenience and frustration. When I contacted US Patriot's customer service to address the issue, I expected a prompt resolution and understanding of the situation. Regrettably, this was not the case. The representatives I interacted with were unhelpful, unresponsive, and lacked empathy towards my predicament. Instead of offering solutions, they seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility and avoiding any form of accountability. To add insult to injury, when I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, US Patriot showed a complete unwillingness to cooperate. They cited some obscure clauses in their terms and conditions, conveniently ignoring the fact that their shipping policy was not fulfilled. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize their own rules over customer satisfaction and basic fairness. As a consumer, I value transparency, honesty, and good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with US Patriot has been far from satisfactory. Their disregard for their own shipping policy and their refusal to accommodate my request for a refund has left me deeply disappointed. Below zero, ordered a pair of garmont boots on 25 March, paid for shipping, and had an estimated ship date of 27 March. It is now 14 April and the boots have not shipped, there is also no way for me to see a status of the order on their site. I have emailed numerous times and received similar responses all thanking me for my interest and promising that they will “put a rush” on the package. I finally reached out to cancel the order, to which they replied that they cannot cancel as the order is packed and sitting in the warehouse. 5 days later it is still sitting in the warehouse I guess.U.S. Patriot Tactical

I placed an order on 12/4/22. After multiple calls (never could talk to anyone) and email messages, I've given up with receiving a refund and had to file a charge dispute with my bank on 1/13/23. If there are problems that's preventing the proper fulfillment process and timely customer service, the business should be honest and transparent and make a minimal effort to communicate to its customers. Ordered multiple items from US Patriot 11/28/2022. Only received parts of the order. Called multiple times to ask where the rest of my order is and they stated that I have an order from the “old system” and could not pull up the order information. They then proceeded to state that they have to route it through the team that specializes in the old system. They told me that I should be contacted by them in 24-48 hours. This has happened multiple times (3) and have never received a call nor an email stating where the rest of my order is. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Says they will ship within 48 hours. Only to find out that the items are back ordered. Now it is one month out. They said they cannot refund the item because they already started the order. Do not use the build a uniform option for this company. Ordered 30 December not expected to have name tags until 30 January. All they offered was 20 percent discount on my next order. When the company is running a 15 percent discount anyways. Will never use this company again. They will also delete honest reviews you leave on products. I ordered on 11/28/22. Their website said most items ship in 2-3 days. I sent a request on 12/15/22 to see when the item will be shipped, and I requested a call-back. I got an email stating they had a new system, and a new order was placed, and it would ship 12/27/22, with no explanation of why. For an additional $45.00. I never received a call back. Same story as everyone else. I ordered a pair of boots on 11/27/2022 and have not received them or any updates by email. I requested the status of my order on their inquiry page and received no response. I sent them an email, attempted to contact through PayPal, and started a dispute with both PayPal and my credit card company (no response). I received a busy signal or a recording telling to call back during regular business hours (even during regular business hours) when I called their phone number. I tried to log onto the account (that I created when I ordered the boots) for any information on my order and received an error message stating that an account with my email does not exist. They received one star and mostly bad reviews on both Trustpilot and BBB. I sent a request to cancel the order and issue a refund by email and through PayPal (also with no response).
