      Do not order from this place. Ordered a bag, they charged my account immediately. It hasn't shipped. The phone number is not a valid number, no response from emailing customer service. I will be disputing the charges.
      Save yourself the headache. Shop elsewhere.

      I'd like to give 0 stars but the system won't let me.

      NO STARS. Unresponsive email. Customer service #'s taken offline. Called 3 locations in CA with no numbers working - ended up talking to a sales rep in another state that said there's a messy merger going on and no one seems to care about the customer.

      Called my bank to cancel the charge since they have no mechanism for cancelling orders and they don't respond to emails.

      They hooked me by asking me to donate to Trump's campaign. I agreed to a couple of things that all I was supposed to pay was for the shipping. They took 169.00 dollars from my account. They are now saying I have to return all that they sent me(it hasn't arrived yet),but I have to pay for the shipping 49 dollars. I am going to dispute it hope it works out. Sharon M.

      Ordered a tactical rain jacket for my husband as a gift, mid-October. I understand things can be backordered. Got a hold of customer service once and they apologized for the delay. Now a MONTH later, I have emailed their customer support asking for a status update, no response, called numerous times and no one has answered after waiting on hold at least 20 minutes each time. Very frustrating. Luckily they have not charged my card and I will be canceling my order.

      So I ordered a Military Boots for my wife who is in BCT. I did checkout and paid extra 20$ for 2 days shipping so that it can ship over the weekend. I still haven't got any email about my order confirmation while they have already charged the amount on my credit card. A day later, still no email of confirmation, I have been trying to reach the customer service but no one has picked up the phone yet. I am confused now because looking at the reviews their shipping time is super slow and I'm really confused to wait for the confirmation email or just use different site to send the shoes. I regret using US Patriot.

      I placed my order August 18 and received it November 19. The item showed in stock and my card was charged right away. I wrote emails requesting status of the order and never heard from US patriot. I was almost ready to file a fraud claim but luckily I received an email stating my item was shipped. I guess better three months later than never. I will probably never shop here again. I don't care how good of a deal it is.

      This SHAM company is FRAUD. I DID NOT WANT THEM TO GIVE THEM EVEN 1 STAR BUT I HAD TO GIVE A STAR!!!!! I was reading ******* News on my computer and ad came up to get cap that supposed ***** fans were getting for nothing. Hat was free but S& H was $5.95. AS THE SCREEN I went to ckeck out I noticed 2 check marks on same page were checked for other items to order a trump watch and gold d bill(money). I would never order those things even though I support *****. I immediately tried to go back to page these things were on to remove check marks for ordering them. BUT WAS LOCKED OUT and could not return to the ordering false page. Got a bill next morning for $74 plus dollars. Idid notifiy my **** **** person and said they would remove charge as soon as the charge cleared (about 24 hours) . this happened to me brfore. I should have learned. NEVER NEVER order from ADs that appear in on line articles.

      Well good to see that I'm not the only one in this boat. I ordered a plate carrier for a new gear set on the 5th of OCT, 22 and just received a confirmation stating that my order was received. There was nothing odd until 12 days later, with no response to my inquiries on what was going on with my order, so now, red flags were flying. Did I get taken for my money started doing research and came across all these reviews about the same problems, and I knew at that point I just got played for my money. So the last few days, I have been thinking, as an operations manager with years of e-com D2C experience, have I ever had an order that took 12 days to FILL....NO. Have I ever had a time where it took more than 24 to 48 hours to respond to a customer..... NO, SOOOO, to me, this looks like you guys need to get a PMP manager ASAP to improve your customer services and business practices because this is nothing but a SOUP SANDWICH. Furthermore, I think a petition should be taken out to bar you from any future dealings with the U.S.Military and placing in-person facilities on U.S. bases. Also, to put the cherry on top, you don't even acknowledge any of the complaints made and what you are trying or going to do to fix them.

      I should've checked all these reviews before recently submitting an order, because I experienced the very same as many have from this sham company. I place an order for my son on 27SEP22 and my card was charged the day after. For the past ten days I've check the status on my account to see if the order had shipped yet. To this day, it still reads the order was "confirmed." I've made multiple attempts to contact them via telephone and messages for the status on when the order will ship, to no avail. I've received absolutely no response. I ended up disputing the charge. What a shady company. They seriously need to be blacklisted from doing any business with the military. I'd give no stars if I could. SHAME.

      Starters, the In-stock icon is never correct, needed some things asap for a course I had, so checked and checked again and said in stock on all. Paid basically overnight shipping, and only thing I received was a carrier hanger I had ordered. Tried multiple times to get in touch with the company and spent about 3 hours total on hold before someone finally answered. I did thankfully get a refund on the other items but basically paid $25 shipping for an $8 coat hanger, they didn't split the shipping back with me like I had asked and they had said they would. USPT had multiple excuses about why stock is incorrect on site but I know those to be untrue because this has happened to me and some friends multiple times before with this same company. I should have remembered those other situations when what I needed was almost impossible to find elsewhere. I would highly recommend to steer clear of the company all together. Much better and more honest vendors out there.
