    As a Navy veteran I am very angry and disappointed with this business. They lied and didn't keep their word about fixing my vehicle. When they finally let me bring it in they put in after market parts to just last the 30 days. I then took it to Ford where I am told it would take 5,000 to fix my truck correctly. I am a veteran on a fixed income and deserve to be treated better.

    This truck was repaired by a local muffler shop. We were not given the opportunity to correct this after an issue occurred. We do stand behind the repairs we made.

    brought a truck from Tj's of Dodgeland of Columbia on 09/28/2022 (2020 ram 1500 Big Horn /Lone Star) it was beautiful clean and 2 years old. It was a very large vehicle i wasn't use to driving it. I wanted it lowered but they couldn't do that either. So i did all my studying an love the vehicle. I took it back on 09/29/2022 to put on the running boards and bed liner. My phone was connected to the truck so it came right on. they ask me to bring it back on 10/11/2022 to fix the windshield dispenser. they ask me to leave it at 9am and they brought it back at 4pm to my job. when they gave me the key and i got in the car after work something wasn't right. It didn't feel right didn't look right didn't drive right. I got up the next morning to go to work and the truck was knocking and had white smoke i had to get out the truck and shut the tail gate. i never had to do this before with the vehicle i drove off the lot. they switch the vehicles on me. the one i agreed to pay for and drove off the lot is different than what they brought back to my job. the switch was made in the front end so when they brought me the other vehicle the first question is does the vin matches of course it does because the trick is to get me to agree to what they allowed me to drive off the lot the truck they advertised then allow there to be a problem to keep so they can trade it out. if they would have shown me this truck on day one i wouldn't paid for this. i have all my pictures in my phone so i can send this to an email. i have asked the car dealership to give me the vehicle i drove off the lot. they keep saying it the same vehicle. i will make my police report soon. the bank said i have to pick it up because i left it at the dealership on 10/15/22 and that is abandonment and that will look bad on me if they (bank) pick it up because it would be considered repo and mess my credit up. i just want the vehicle i drove off the lot with. Will pick it up on 10/21/22. please help. they are lying.

    We do not understand why this customer is claiming this. We have confirmed the Vehicle identification number (VIN) and confirmed it with the lender. We are attaching the affidavit of motor vehicle sale that confirms the VIN.

    Brought a 2017 dodge Ram from dodgeland of columbia, on Sept,2022. A week later the car started to make a rattling notice from engine.. call and and spoke with saleman and his manager twice, each time i got the run around.Service dept. Stated i had to talk with them. When i finally spoke to sales person and manger ,its always short talk and dishonesty. This has been going on for two week.. i was told to bring the car on Monday 9/26/22 and they would set me up with a rental. On 9/26/ 22 when I took the truck in, it was a different story, i had to pay for rental, sales person cranked the truck up and asked what is it doing?Didn't drive it..This is a run around, I want car checked and repairs done..Why such a run around. This is time from work..

    We would be more than glad to look at and repair the vehicle. I believe we had a misunderstanding when we asked for a credit card as a deposit for the rental car that we were offering.

    I will accept,only if the company set up appointment with me and have rental ready as promise from the start,it is costing me time and money, stress to keep driving to dodgeland where things are not getting done or accomplished. All I want is to have truck properly running,without feeling like the engine or something is going to break down and fixed properly. Like stated its been weeks..

    We are more than glad to schedule an appointment. We had a rental available when the customer came in last time and will be more than glad to provide one this time. We do have a deposit that is required for the rental of $50 that will be refunded when the rental is returned in the proper condition.
