This company is shady in that it records conversations when it is to their benefit and only communicates in writing when they know they are in the wrong. They will not refund our money even though they did not expend any costs and the cancelation was timely. Be careful when dealing with these people.PetPay, Inc.

5 starsSo so so happy PetPay exists. I was scammed out of my hard-earned money by a breeder but then I found you guys. You was there for me every step of the way to make sure I was good even though I was skeptical. My puppy got delivered to me and I can't be more happy. Thank you to everyone who worked for me to make it happen. It is a shame so many people try to take my money for a puppy.Review fromDanielle M

We offer a comprehensive 3 year Health Guarantee on most of our pups. A few breeds are 1 year as they are well known to have many common health issues. *********'s pup is a French Bulldog and is covered for 1 year. We have only 2 simple requirements for the HG to be valid as well. The buyer is required to take their pup for a wellness exam within 72 hours of delivery to confirm good health or document any issues that would be covered. ******** did not take her pup to the vet until several months later. We also require you to activate the 30 days of complimentary ******* insurance. This is zero cost to the buyer and absolutely no obligation. ******** refused to do this as well. We give multiple reminders in writing and by phone conversations so that a buyer does not miss out by an honest mistake. ******** just chose not to meet these simple requirements and is now slamming us anywhere she can in an attempt to force us in to meeting her un warranted demands. ******** has also sent messages implying she is "connected" and "you don't know who I am and who I know" while threatening our employees with physical harm that I will be happy to post if the BBB would allow it.Review fromArtemio G

??I spoke with the following Pawrade staff that did nothing to help me or my puppy or clarify any information to help me:?1.) Janell?2.) Cindy travel concierge?3.) customer service support email?support @ pawrade. Com?4.) Aaron **** customer service Liason /support concierge?5.) PetPay Team a travel person from the third party company with the following phone number: “Lem” someone involved with driving not once answered my messages. ?8.) Life360 app which is extremely confusing ?9.) Scarlet ******** with **** ** ****** traveling company I suppose. Multiple emails and not one resolution or clarification.
Prior to fully paying you make sure you have every single detail about your baby puppy and the itinerary, even if they don’t want to give it to you; push for it. Get the exact names of the people that will be helping you: names and phone number and emails. Make sure to be mindful that the extra awesome support and caring and attentive staff at the beginning is simply wanting to finalize the sale. But once that happens and they say “text me or call me if you need anything” and the money has gone through, they’ll never once reply back to you again. Especially if there is an issue.
I have had the worst experience with this company. In short. I paid for my puppy and all the arrangements I needed in a matter of minutes. In no longer than 30minutes I had paid for everything and selected the travel option. ??my puppy I never received, paid over 3K thousand dollars I paid and did not receive any and no one at all is replying to my comments. It is one day pass the day my puppy was supposed to arrive I’m into the second day of my puppy not arriving and have no clue. The traveling; be careful they give that part to a third party company that is NOT Pawrade and know their comments are not anywhere as good as is covered up by the Pawrade reviews.PetPay, Inc.

Artemio originally chose air transportation for his pup. But due to weather restrictions he would not have received the pup until 7-24. Artemio ws also very eager to get his pup as soon as possible, which we totally understand. Our travel rep was able to find ground transportation for the pup to arrive to Artemio on 7-18, a full 6 days sooner. Artemio agreed to this but because it was a last minute switch and we were scrambling to try to please Artemio there was a bit of confusion and it also took a bit longer to get the details Artemio wanted. Ultimately we did square everything away within 24 hours and the pup arrived to his wonderful new home with Artemio safe and sound and 6 days sooner than originally scheduled. We do apologize for any anxiety we may have caused and thank Artemio for his patience and understanding.Review fromRichard L

I would consider Pawrade to be worse than a puppy mill despite the pledge that they make on their website about their mission to ensure reputable breeders and healthy puppies. This company is completely dishonest and fraudulent. And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'll admit, paying $5,000 for a pug puppy on the internet with beautiful pictures from a reputable breeder with a guaranteed bill of health and delivery to your home by air travel could seem skeptical. I ignored the red flags and decided to do it anyways. 24 hours before the puppy's departure I received a voice mail from a pawrade employee stating to call them back regarding the puppies vet exam. No details were given . We played phone tag all day and I never spoke to anyone. I texted the number as well with no response. The day the puppy was to be delivered and while the puppy was currently in the airplane with the nanny to be delivered to our home. Pawrade calls again and this time we talk. I'm informed her vet exam demonstrated that she has grade 1 patella luxation. I'm ensured that this condition is not that big of a deal because 98% of the time they grow out of it. Completely false. This claim is not supported by any literature whatsoever. In fact the American Veterinary Medical Association recommends not breeding any dogs with this genetic condition should it be diagnosed. I said I would call back after speaking with my vet. So I call the vet. Confirm suspicions. Call pawrade back. No response. Forced to pick up dog that same day at airport to avoid breaching contract. Now I get emails to sign the pre existing health condition form after the puppy was essentially forced into our hands. Never would we have purchased this puppy knowing the condition. This company completely breached contract. Failed to disclose health condition before delivery and they're incompetent claims regarding long term outcomes of patella luxation are not supported in the literature. Do not use this service.PetPay, Inc.

***, we are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your adoption of "Petunia". She certainly is beautiful. When our partner breeder took her in for her health certification by a USDA certified vet it did reveal that she had a grade 1 Luxating Patella. This is a very common and minor condition (especially with pugs) that rarely causes any issues or requires any treatment. As always we make all of our buyers aware of any medical issue no matter how minor. Once the breeder notified us we reached out to you in the message center, by text, and phone.
Kelli actually spoke to you on a recorded line the day before the pup was to leave and advised you of the situation. You replied to Kelli that you are a surgeon and are familiar with patellas but that you were too busy to talk at that time and would call her back if you had any questions. You called her back late and well outside of her work hours. She texted asking if you needed her and got no response. She called the next morning with no answer. There was certainly some "phone tag" but it was also 2 sided. There certainly was never anything intended to be dishonest or fraudulent.
Grade I: The kneecap dislocates out of its normal position with manual pressure but returns immediately when it's released. Grade I is usually found incidentally on examination by a vet and usually doesn't result in clinical symptoms.
A grade 1 Luxating Patella is not covered in the 3 year Petpay Health Guarantee because it doesn't require medical treatment. If there is some rare instance where this condition progresses and requires some form of treatment or surgery to correct it than it very possibly would be covered. You would just have to submit a health Guarantee claim and follow the protocol that is clearly outlined. We administer our health guarantee with absolute integrity and issue reimbursements every day.
We put our best effort in to getting Petunia to you as safely and efficiently as possible. She arrived on time and in perfect condition outside of the Patella issue that most likely will never cause her any issue. Once we were aware of the issue we contacted you immediately and unfortunately some lapses in communication did occur. In the unlikely event that some issue arises with the Patella please reach out to us immediately by opening a health guarantee claim through your Petpay account.
