Nextdaypet.com/pawrade.com/petpay.com All three of them are the same. A scumbag of a company. They are brokers firm of sorts for animals. They broker the sell of animals for people interested in a pet and charge potential buyer double what the breeder is charging for the puppy. And it also have people take out of line of credit for a pet that they cannot afford to otherwise purchase on top of charge and double for it. This place need to be put out of business looked into very thoroughly I hope they wind up on CNBC and get exposed for their shady business tactics and practices. Charged one customer $2,400 for a dog that was $1,000. I wonder how are they reporting this income to the IRS. Probably not being honest the numbers. They'll change the dog's name on their site customer gets the registration the dog is named something totally different. They'll ask the puppy owner for multiple pictures of the parents and the puppies. As if someone has time to take pictures every two to three days. They have a $250 package for breeders where they give over the breeders information to the potential buyer but they charge a potential customer looking to buy a puppy 29.00 a month What a rip off. Stay away they are scum.

We are unable to establish any interaction with this reviewer. We believe it may be a breeder who was not willing to meet our strict requirements to participate in our program. We only accept the best breeders and hold them to very high standards. Occasionally we get a prospective breeder that will become frustrated and angry that we wont let them market pups that are not properly bred, cared for, documented and supported after the sale.

Please take a look at our profile on Trustpilot where we have 4.8/5 rating and thousands of 5 star reviews.

SELLS ILL PUPPIES, BLATANT CONCEALMENT OF VET RECORDS AND PROVIDES FABRICATED VET RECORDS, UNSCREENED BREEDERS, UNSCREENED TRANSPORTERS, ZERO CONCERN FOR PUPPIES....JUST TRIED TO MAKE $$$. -They delete all comments from their facebook page that are from customers that have had negative experiences. They try to manipulate public perception of them. -They use multiple company names.. Pawrade and PetPay are the same company- even pawrade.com is listed under this companys contact information on BBB. I've requested the BBB to add aka Pawrade to the search/profile name. I've also requested BBB to review their rating as they have had so many complaints in just 12 months and have only 1 1/2 stars (why is A reflected). -Pawrade sold me a puppy that has a heart murmur. I obtained the complete records from the vet. I uploaded such record to their portal and instead of their concern about why their 'screened breeders' didn't disclose this they told me i needed to take it up with the breeder. Someone I have never even communicated with. -My puppy was transported having had tested positive with a parasite and without a clean bill of health. I requested a copy of the clean bill of health from Pawrade multiples times. The vet records (i obtained from the vet directly) reflect she was last seen and had a parasite and was to return in 4 weeks for a recheck/fecal however instead she was transported to me. Yesterday, Pawrade sent me a generic document on a different vet's letterhead that said 'puppy's fecal was tested and negative for parasites'....no identifying information about my puppy on it..not even her name. So, I contacted that vet...and they confirmed they have never seen my puppy. -The transporter was not vetted- the breeder found her by posting on a facebook group. I paid Pawrade $800 for transport, the breeder only paid her $450 claiming the buyer was cheap and wouldn't pay anymore. The transporter had zero communication with Pawrade and my puppy smelled like smoke ugh!

Pawrade is the primary company that sells puppies. Petpay is a sister company that operates our proprietary payment platform. This is made very clear to all of our customers. Its all over much of the paperwork. All payments, deposits, refunds, etc. are processed through Petpay. We also offer financing through several other companies that have vetted to be fair and legitimate.

******'s pup initially was diagnosed with a low grade heart murmur. This is extremely common. The heart murmur then corrected itself. This is also extremely common. At the time of travel the pup received a clean bill of health from a USDA certified vet. The pup did not have a heart murmur when it left to travel to ******. ****** reports to us that the pup arrived with Giardia. She has not provided any documentation despite repeated requests or made a health guarantee claim. Giardia is also very common and is specifically mentioned in our literature as well as conversations conducted by or concierges pre delivery. It is also specifically mentioned as covered by or health guarantee. All the buyer has to do is open a claim in their Petpay account for reimbursement. ****** still has not done that even though she has been directed to on several occasions.

The breeder chose to step outside of our normal parameters to get ****** her pup ASAP. ****** was very insistent that her pup be delivered immediately and the breeder was only trying to satisfy her demands. Any of ******'s displeasure with the transporter is solely because of her insistence at a faster than usual delivery time.

****** has had 100% access to every document from minute one. Every document is uploaded to her Petpay account and she can view and download them at anytime. Our concierge made many attempts to explain everything to ******. She resisted every attempt at rectifying the situation to the point of insulting and attacking our concierge. ****** demanded that our concierge not call or text her any further at one point. But then continued to very aggressively confront her. I am attaching the transcript below so that you can read it for yourself. Please note the vulgarity, cursing, and personal attacks.

This review/complaint is rife with inaccuracies, falsehoods, and out of context information. We ask that this be removed.

We were never notified of any heart murmur by the breeder because on our required paperwork the vet did not note any heart murmur. Thank you so much for alerting us of this so we can address that with our Breeder liaison department.
You should be hearing from shortly regarding your other concerns I have forwarded all the information you sent to me regarding this to help us assist you. Thank you again.

Its pretty clear yall havent even contactd the vets to clarify any concerns. Theres no confusion in my end.
    (XXX) XXX-XXXX X:XX PM
Hmmm...hours later and still no return call nor the phone number i requested from you. Not that im surprised.
    (XXX) XXX-XXXX X:XX PM
Im sharing all over the internet and including staff names. Maybe then i will get a response. How dare yall send me a puppy with a heart murmur, with a parasite, and with a unvetted, random transporter that was hired via facebook (and for half the price i paid for transport).
    (XXX) XXX-XXXX X:XX PM
Unscrupulous, lack of integrity, money hungry, pathetic, puppy mill dealer. Im gonna make aure everyone knows. Yall have so many bad reviews already.
    You 6:42 PM
I'm sorry you feel that way ******. I know our team is working hard to get you the answers you are looking for. I believe is the puppy had a heart murmur it has resolved itself as they often do. You can file a claim at support@PetPay for any vaccination concerns and parasite concerns. Your puppy was given a clean vet check before being sent home.
    You 6:43 PM
The breeder was trying to accommodate your demands to get the puppy to you ASAP. And tried very hard to make you happy. We had your puppy booked through one of our vetted and secure 3rd party transport and you refused that option as it did not fit your specific time frame.
    You 6:46 PM
We will be happy to accommodate any justified claims through our health guarantee as we stick by that with integrity. However, I have not received any confirmation from your vet that lines up with your claims. We are working hard to address your concerns and I am sorry we have not gotten the answers in an acceptable time frame, but we need to make sure we have all the information on your claims.
    (XXX) XXX-XXXX X:XX PM
Kelli, if my puppy was given a 'clean vet check before being sent home' then why havent i received it???? Liars
    (XXX) XXX-XXXX X:XX PM
    Dont text me anymore.
    You 6:47 PM
Your puppy is a living breathing being and we have her best interest

I purchased a dog in good faith. the animal was delivered to me 8pm. I signed for the dog. the vet visit revealed a physical deformity in the dog, parasite infection, and 4 days late. This dog infected my 4 other animals. i informed them and they did nothing for 30 days. I opened a dispute and they did not want a reasonable settlement, (GM Charlie). Now he has threatened me with additional costs for disputing. And also threatened to report me to 2 credit bureaus if I do not give him an additional 598.00. I am looking for addresses and names. DO NOT BO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, They are not honest. no stars...........

I am the representative that tried to work with Jorge to resolve his issues. First it is very important to note that the pup was not delivered late. Jorge made his purchase of the pup on 2-21-22, the pup left the breeder for transport on 2-28-22 and was delivered on 3-1-22. Jorge was required to E-sign the travel work order. This confirms his choice of mode of travel and generates the invoice. The travel rep can then schedule the pups travel to get the pup to its new home as efficiently as possible. Sometimes the deliveries are at odd hours because our trucks are moving 24 hours a day with multiple drivers to get the pups there as quickly and safely as possible. They cannot wait hours for a more convenient time to make delivery as this could negatively impact all the pups in transit. This is clearly outlined in the travel work order that Jorge signed.
We are sorry that his pup arrived with Giardia. Giardia is a parasite that is extremely common in puppies and is specifically addressed in our health guarantee. It only requires the pups family member to administer the medicine 2 times a day for a few days. It is a very simple process to log into your account to open a claim for reimbursement.
Jorge also reported a "lump" on the pups side. His vet diagnosed it as a protruding rib. This is an accurate assessment and it is also a VERY common occurrence with this breed. It is so common that it is considered a breed specific condition and rarely requires any medical treatment or corrective action. The original USDA certified vet that inspected the pup did not find it noteworthy. We did make it very clear to Jorge that in the unlikely even treatment was required that he just had to open a health guarantee claim and that it would be fairly assessed for coverage.
Jorge also reported that his other 4 animals had become infected by the pup and required medical treatment. Jorge was asked to provide the vet documents and invoices for reimbursement. Jorge refused to provide any documentation yet continued to demand financial compensation.
Jorge also stated that his sofa was infected and would have to be replaced. Jorge demanded that we cover the cost of his new sofa. I advised Jorge that we would not cover the expense of his new sofa that he also would not provide any documentation for.
Ultimately we made Jorge a monetary settlement offer on top of paying any related medical expenses. This was done as a good will gesture to compensate him for his perceived issues. Jorge refused the settlement offer and demanded more. Jorge was asked repeatedly what his expectations were and he would never say. He would only reply "that's not enough".
Jorge then initiated a credit card dispute for the full purchase price of the pup as well as the transport fees. We responded to the dispute by providing all necessary documentation. The credit card company conducted a thorough review and found in our favor as we had clearly did our best to fairly resolve Jorge's concerns. If possible we would like to post all communication and documents here so all could see the accurate chain of events in the situation.
