Replaced 4 toilets. Jacob and David were on time, friendly and professional, explained their process, kept us updated, completed the job well, tested new toilets prior leaving, disposed of all materials. Great job!

My Water Heater was leaking. I called Waldrop and they sent Treylin out to evaluate and give an estimate. I truely enjoyed Treylins approach, which was straight forward and very nice. Needless to say we came to an agreement and my Water Heater will be installed next week.Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air

Our HVAC System was serviced today by Clark (******), from Waldrop Heating & Air.
Clark is a knowledgeable, efficient technician. Clark was meticulous in servicing and cleaning our systems. He made recommendations of products and programs available to increase the efficiency of our system, but was not insistent...for me, that is an important trait.
He is well spoken, polite, and friendly. I strongly recommend him.Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air

Horrible. Extremely bad experience with this company and the service tech even ran into my carport boxing upon leaving my yard. They sent a unexperienced service tech after I emphasized that they send their most experienced service tech out to my place. After told the field supervisor that came out to bring the unexperienced service tech a recovery tank that I was going to call the police about his service tech hitting my carport boxing then he said that they will pay for any damages. Although there is minor damage the field supervisor made me feel as if I was trying to rip them off. I work a regular job just like some people in thus world so I don't believe in trying to rip anyone off or get over on anyone. However you don't go to someone else's property and cause property damage and then get an attitude one because his company sent a unexperienced service tech out after I specifically told them to send an experienced service tech out and second if I had a worker that did property damage to someone's property I would just simply and as nicely as possible try to resolve the problem and fix the damages. This company's lack of professional amazes me. I would never recommend them to anyone else and since ******* **** referred them to meI am hesitate about using any other contractor off of ******* *****Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air
