Waldrop replaced my HVAC system, the installers Paris, Jack and Kase did a great job. Reviewed the whole system with me and left the work area clean. Highly recommend this company! Everyone from scheduling to salesman to installers are nothing but professional!Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air

Technician blatantly lied regarding parts being replaced, pricing kept obscure until after payment, significantly more expensive than competitors. Management states they have now way to address such issues after the service has been performed.
Took 3 business days and escalation to management to receive my invoice for services rendered, but received 5-6 emails/texts soliciting 5 star reviews while my case was being “investigated”.
Even with waived dispatch fees will still be substantially more expensive than competitors, would not recommend this company.Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air

We used Waldrop last year to get a new hvac unit installed. Everything about them was first class. Prompt, professional, courteous. They let my wife abd I know exactly what they were doing. They did a follow up visit 2 weeks later to check on everything.
Today we had our biannual maintenance done. Our tech, Nick was very professional and personable. He explained everything that he was doing. He was first class all the way. My wife and I are happy that we went with Waldrop.Waldrop Plumbing, Heating, Air

Recently I had an insurance claim and since Waldrop had originally installed my AC unit, I called them to do the repair. Charlie, the sales rep was very responsive and thorough and gave me an estimate. Upon approval, Waldrop sent a team of two techs to put in the unit. Jason and David were both very professional in the way they handled the installation and they had us back up and running in no time. We couldn’t be happier with the whole team.
