  Wonderful service, fair pricing, excellent communication and customer education. This is the second time we've used Cochran Landscaping because we were so happy the first time, particularly with the detailed post-installation care guidelines that we were given. Because they were so thorough about telling us what to do and not to do to assure that our new landscaping survived and thrived, our front yard is the best-looking on the block. So, this year, when we needed some plants added, we knew exactly who to call. Todd was able to work around our schedule and got our job done quickly with no hiccups and his crew left the area absolutely spotless when they were done, going above and beyond to make sure my home looked its best.

  Cochran Landscape did an exceptional job on a fairly complicated project that included a paver patio, retaining wall, walkways, plantings, sprinkler system, landscape lighting, and sod. Could not be happier!

  We had Cochran remove a concrete patio pad and install a new, bigger patio with pavers. Todd (the owner) came out twice to provide quotes and feedback as we worked through what we wanted and what he suggested. They did a wonderful job and were fantastic to work with. Communicative, helpful, respectful and the quality of work speaks for itself. We're thrilled with our new addition.

  Third large project I have used Cochran Landscpes for. They provide excellent service from planning phase, quoting to the end of the job. High quality work. Very professional team easy to work with. Jobs are finished to the point you do not know they worked there. Completely finished and cleaned up.

  We have used Cochran Landscaping Service for yard projects three different times. That in itself should be a testament to our satisfaction. The last project was a backyard retaining wall that was completed on 10/7/24. It has enhanced the beauty and actual safety of my backyard and so exceeded my expectations! The work crew could not have been more respectful and were very considerate of my property and my input when requested. They worked so hard and diligently each of the 3 days and knew exactly what they had to do. They are truly landscape artists. It has always been a pleasure to do business with Todd Cochran from the signing of the contract to completion. Thank you for another job well done!

  We are SO pleased with the work that Cochran Landscape just completed at our home! The entire experience was the best and most professional that I have ever had with any type of contractor! Their work is precision and I feel confident that the job was actually done correctly. The crew was knowledgeable, courteous, clean and friendly. The end result shows how much pride they have in the work they do, beautiful job! Thankyou Todd and crew for such a great experience from start to finish!!!

  We had an excellent experience working with Todd and his team! Todd personally assessed our current landscape (not a virtual evaluation) and provided insightful, informed recommendations as we walked through the property together. He was never pushy like some salespeople and quickly addressed all of our concerns. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and worked efficiently and professionally. The Crew Leader, Luis, was exceptionally respectful and courteous, even accommodating a few last-minute changes when we decided to plant a new tree on the front lawn. Since we had just moved in, Luis also took the time to help us program the water irrigation system, which was incredibly helpful since we had never used one before. Overall, Todd and his team exceeded our expectations with their expertise and customer service. Highly recommended!

  Our front yard landscape project included 1) removing large overgrown bushes shrubs, and three trees and replanting more appropriate plants and trees, 2) removing existing front porch and steps and creating a new porch and steps with pavers and blocks, 3) replaced existing wood retaining with block, 4) installed drip irrigation and 5) low voltage accent lighting. All of these phases were executed with care and creativity. Nick D****, our salesperson, was a delight to work with and he had an awesome vision of how to transform our front yard and entry into a showcase. We would gladly recommend Cochran Landscape Management.
