  I contracted with Cochran Landscaping to completely remove all of the plants in my front yard and rework the landscaping for a fresh look since my landscape design is now 19 years old with plants showing their age and getting too large. Todd C****** helped me choose new plants that really compliment the area and will be easy to maintain. He patiently answered my questions and educated me regarding good choices for the area. Once we had settled on a plan, his men completed the job in one day, and his project manager, Mike, allowed me to make some changes in the plan, switching out one selection of plants for another, even after the plants were delivered. He also walked around the yard with me to give me a few additional suggestions in the back yard, which resulted in my removing a weakened tree and replacing it with a beautiful ornamental cherry tree. Because my yard was already established with plants, we had not used our irrigation system for at least eight years, so Mike, and his men evaluated all of the zones, replaced some heads, redirected others, and capped some leaks, making sure that the system was working properly and aiming at the new plants. I was not home when the job was completed at the end of the day, so Todd sent one worker back the next day to tweak the
  placement of a few architectural items to make sure I was satisfied.
  I was very happy with the job and have gotten a lot of compliments from my neighbors. Todd's crew was very efficient and hard workers. I plan to hire Cochran Landscaping next year to complete another job in my back yard. I definitely will refer this company to others.

  Unfinished, poor quality of work, cannot get phone calls returned nor have they tried to complete the project, but wanted full payment of over $7,400. Ongoing issues since December, 2022.
