    I filed a forward address request with ****. As others have said, MyMove has inserted itself into the process in a way that is deceiving. The **** site asked if I wanted to register to vote. I clicked yes, but was taken to MyMove which is a completely for profit advertising hub. Through its interface, it makes REGISTERING TO VOTE conditional upon considering signing up for a very long list of for profit offers. Once I realized I couldn't register to vote directly, I cancelled. But then I started to receive a LONG stream of advertisements from MyMove. I submitted a request with MyMove to delete my account, all info, and stop sending me unsolicited advertising. MyMove never responded and still sends advertising. MyMove manipulates democracy and should be stopped by the government in my opinion. I wasn't registered to vote but my data has now been shared without my permission.

    I am rejecting this response because: While I thank the company for responding and offering to remove my data from their system, MyMove should take more seriously the reality that they are confusing citizens about how to register to vote directly in the lead up to a presidential election. Registering to vote should not be used to DUPE individuals into giving their private information to a company so it can sell it to marketers.

    I tried changing my address online using usps.com.Mymove is completely entangled in the process, forcing the user into offer pages with no options but to move forward with car insurance quotes or other garbage. I have no car.It's never made clear what has been filed, or why the user is now doing this instead of just completing the change of address.

    MyMove is a spam site that you are forced to visit when registering to vote from the OFFICIAL **** website. You are FORCED to sign up for THIS SPAM provider in order to proceed - there is no button on the web page to select none while attempting to sign up my voter info.I was being held hostage by some scummy bolt-on website and the ****.

    Working on a change of address with ***** In order to complete change and register to vote the process sends you through mymove.com. In order to get to voting registration one must select from several offers. The only options are, "Continue and accept all," and, "Get only selected." Clicking on "get only selected" without any selected does not allow you to continue with the process and register to vote. I do not want any sort of advertisement or product, I just want to register to vote. Their website says you can continue without selecting any options, however that is clearly not the case. This is obstruction of voting rights in order to advertise or glean customers for other products.

    On July 4, 2024, I was directed to MyMove's site through **** and the site indicated that it would help me change my voter registration to my new location. However, the site would not allow me to continue without selecting a number of otherwise unsolicited advertisements from a long list of for-profit partners, and otherwise indicated that it would send my PERSONAL INFORMATION to other parties. I do not wish to receive solicitations, advertisements, or spam from any parties. I would appreciate assistance in changing my voter registration.

    This form will not be pre-filled out, meaning youll have to complete it. After completing this voter registration form, it should then be printed, signed, and mailed to the voter registrar or board of elections in your county, which can also be found at the above-mentioned website.

    Required to go to my move by **** to change voter registration. The company's claims on this site are outright LIES. You CANNOT proceed without opting in on a deal. At NO TIME are you giving an option. To select No offers.

    MyMove is a spam site that you are forced to visit when registering to vote from the OFFICIAL **** website. You are FORCED to sign up for at least one spam provider in order to proceed - there is no button on the web page to select none. I had to triple check to make sure I was on a legitimate "**** approved" site since it looked to dubious. It's disgusting that our capitalistic society mandates that you sign up to receive worthless coupons and email spam prior to registering to vote. I detest nothing more than advertisements, and being held hostage by some scummy bolt-on website left a sour taste in my mouth. If only the **** wasn't such an intentionally handicapped government organization, maybe they wouldn't rely on bottom feeding companies like this.

    I recently moved, and had to change my address for the United ********************** They re-directed me to use MyMove.com to complete the process. In order to finalize the process for voter registration, they force you to click on sign up for marketing emails. You are not able to complete without it. This is ******** web design. I mistaken clicked on the button that was highlighted opt in to all and now I'm getting spam marketing emails. I'd love to know the person who signed off on getting a marketing company to finalize moves for a my physical address, which should be handled strictly by the government. They should be fired.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This is not true. As an IT engineer there was no way to proceed on the website to complete the voter registration. I even went through it again to confirm the site is deceptive and highlights "accept all offers" if the user is not paying attention. I'm literally disgusted the government has used this rat of a company.  

     

    My email is getting spam marketing emails and I will *** for time lost and damages. Undo the submissions for mailing lists that you entered my email or I will contact my attorney.

    Directed by **** to subscribe to MyMove while submitting an online change-of-address form. **** website misguides users to sign up for offers through MyMove, and will not allow you proceed unless an offer is selected. Thankfully, I only selected one offer before realizing it was a scam. Now I must unsubscribe individually from each company that was selected, which exacerbates the nuisance. This is misleading and should be banned. Shame on **** for allowing this.
