      I’m about to tell y’all about this scamming company. These people are rude, disrespectful and try to make you take a loan and when you don’t want one they get real mad and start calling you out of you name which is really pathetic especially being a company who is suppose to offer help. Then threaten to call the police with no evidence and you have the proof showing they called you and not the other way around. These people need to be shut down completely. They continue to harass which is totally unacceptable, uncalled for and unprovoked. Would leave 0 stars but I’m required to leave something. Run away as fast as possible from this company

      Their phone support is barely even there. Hold times of MORE THAN an hour! I always get the "no agents available" message when I try chat and text message support. This is ridiculous. Not a way to run a company.

      This company and Don W***** is a FRAUD. They stated I was approved for a Personal loan and now my Banking Faculty has frozen all my accounts and doing their FRAUD investigation.
      Please be careful.

      This company leaked my personal information which resulted in fraudulent charges on my bank account. Due to the identity theft my bank account was locked for weeks while it was sorted.
      During this time I received several collections calls from them every day to repay my loan… which was on auto pay…but thanks to the account lock every one of my bills was declined while I was issued new info.
      Their only resolution was to mail me a letter 6 months after the breach saying all my info was stolen and telling me it’s resolved because they got a new security update.
      I’m still trying to recover from the problem they created and that they refuse to correct or even attempt to fix.

      I feel scammed. Right now. They put $800 in my account then had to send that back to him. Then $500 and had to send back to him. Then when I thought. My loan was going to be deposited. He gave an excuse that banks were closed and will call me back in the morning. I kept all receipts. The guys Name was Michael B****. So be careful I'm going to my bank in the morning.

      I was contact by a person, Jennifer T*****, and Martin, who said they worked for Advance America for an approved loan. They both said that I was approved for the loan. Upon transferring the approved amount to my account, they ended up causing my bank to lock the account that I have had for almost 10 years. The bank said this was a scam and when I tried to contact Jennifer again, she indicated that it was not and I would receive the money through ***** **** from *******. This business is a big *** scam. My bank account has been permanently locked and I am not able to receive or send money. Do Not trust this company at all.

      The rep who I talked to said I wasn't approved because of my credit he told me to come back with all my paperwork I did he said my credit was bad my ex husband got a loan and his credit is not good! I was very displeased with the service and not being given other loan options it seems like the person didn't want to help me at all! This was the maple Heights location in Cleveland ohio!

      Ivy in the Naples location helped me out in the worst of times, I thought I would never qualify for a loan. I have little income at the moment and a worse credit score. Ivy still got me a loan with Advance America. Thank you, Ivy! You worked miracles.

      They wont post their loan rates and fees unless u give them their info, any stupid enough 2 give their info b4 knowing rates and fess deserve getting screwed over

      On 07/17/2023, I got a derogatory collections account put on my credit report from Advance America claiming “my” account was opened on 04/26/2023, which is not even three months prior to the date it was charged off for collections in the amount of $423. The report does not list the account type, the loan type, the terms, the credit limit, or the date of the last payment made because I did not take out a loan at Advance America and do not owe them $423. How is a business with such occurrences still allowed to operate?? Extremely upsetting.
