      This company will garnish your Social Security check or VA benefits when they know it's against the law! Four different people lied to me in the same day! Somebody need to investigate these sorry *************! Shady as ****!!!

      BEWARE! I requested a loan since I already had an open ended loan with their brick & mortar store. I didn’t know I was falling into a scam. They scammed me out of thousands of dollars by sending me money that they got by disputing earlier payments I’d made & depositing that into my acct so it looked like they were giving me their money. They said that was sent to credit reporting service to increase my credit score. I’m disabled & on a fixed income & now out of thousands of $$$$.

      Glad I looked up these reviews first. Someone contacted me and then sent me a link. I looked up the website first before I clicked it- link was for advanceamericainc.com- when you ****** them it's .net not .com. I'll be looking elsewhere for a loan.

      This company claims I took.a payday loan from there company and I never excepted any money from them. Now I received some correspondence from a legal firm saying otherwise. No money was exchanged via their company and myself

      I had a loan application with this company after having done business with them for several months. They said they needed additional information and wanted me to upload ontgeir website.obviously they were having problems and was unable to do so. I used their chat feature asking if there was an email address I could use to forward documents they requested. On 2 different occasions I was given 2 different emails. I also received a call from them asking me to call them. I tried 4 times and wad automatically disconnected before being able to speak with anyone. I hope for their sake this is an isolated event and not something routine for them. I did business with them for several months and had no problems but will no longer.

      Received spam calls and texts from this company regarding a loan I didn't take out. When I replied asking them to stop, they began insulting me. Comically bad.

      That is crazy just reading the comments. The same thing happened to me **** this company I took out just a small $300 loan and I asked them to send me the information in order to set up payment plans to pay it back but instead they go ahead and file a case against me just to try to get the money back for some thing as little as $300. What a bullshit ass company. They don’t work with anyone they just want to take your money and the crazy part is when they call me months back and I told them to send me the information in writing in order to set up a payment plan to help pay back the balance I never got any information fuck this company don’t ever do business with them. They are pieces of shit and don’t know how to handle people properly.

      Instead of sending some type of paper reminder, email , phone call to people being like hey you still owe this. They just decided to file charges against you a year later and call your place of work saying their from the state and threaten you to be served at work ( which you can't even do). You ever think thst maybe something happened to someone where they couldn't pay anything cause they're were on deaths bed
      No you're more worried about a damn loan for 200 bucks.

      Candace P. I wish I had come across this first! They have done the same to me and are now telling me that they are unable to refund the money I sent to pay the fees through ******* but they can send the loan through ******* that includes the money I already paid them. Who in the FBI do I need to contact?
