      Been a long time customer, got payday advances and always paid back on time. Went in to get one recently and they told me I qualified for a line of credit loan since I've been a good customer, told them I didn't want a LOC only a pay day advance and kept getting text messages to complete my application or to sign documents, when I logged in my home screen had no info at all. They told me, they'd have to put in an IT request. Got nothing and still nothing works on their "new" website.

      Will not use them anymore.

      They were good at one time now they only do line of credit I was always doing a payday loan and then they updated their online system and now they want you to constantly do line of credit which means that they charge you more money because the APR is much higher that's being really greedy and taking advantage of their customers. They don't even deserve one star! ??????

      Got from them and they were so nice they had the payment coming out of my bank account and when the last payment was due they took it out and the every next day they contacted me and said I was at default on my loan called them and they said your loan is paid in full two days later I get a call threatening me telling me I owed them 14 cents and I need to pay them or they were going to report me to the credit bureau for unpaid debt

      Been paying on a 650 dollar loan for 1 year and 7 months now and the balance is still at $550. Called and was informed that the interest on the loan is 191% interest. If I was informed about the rate it was I. Small print and not verbally told to me. I would not have agreed to that. You would thing there would be a law against This.

      This company is terrible. I applied and got approved. I put in my BOA information but they put my funds in an old ***** account that was on file, which I removed. When I realized that the funds were not deposited into my BOA account because once approved in showed my ***** account debit card number. I immediately called to make sure they put the money in my BOA account. The customer service agent told me that h the bank account info they see is my BOA account and he assured me that was the account my funds would be deposited into. Well the next day when I check my bank the funds were not in there. They had deposited money into my ***** account. I called four different times just to get the run around. They told me that they do not have a ***** account account info so that they will be taking payment from my **** ** ******* account… now that is funny. I told them that I will be disputing the charges and writing a review. What a joke! If you are thinking about getting a loan through them, don’t.

      I was contacted by this company and was told I could get a $ 3000 dollar installment loan of 10% interest and $96 dollars a month for 36 months I checked with the bbb and it stated this company was not bbb affiliated so he told me he couldn't help me and wasn't approved! Said the company was in Houston Texas area code **** ******** said this company was advance America said they're affiliated with the bbb and ftc

      They will rip you off and tell you a lie like you don't know any better . I am so glad to be done with them .they charged me so much money ,they triple charged me.i believe they kept my money after I paid them off.A COMPLETE SCAM,A COMPLETE SCAM.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      i guess i was scammed again it happened to me a month ago where they cleaned out everything i had was so hopeful to get some help after my husband passed and now i am going through this again they will pay just not soon enough for me

      I was contacted by this company via text for two days. When I finally responded and decided not to apply for the loan their text became rude. When I said I was going to report to BBB they threatened to contact my bank or some crap. Unbelievably Unprofessional. For them to threaten me was my answer
