I only give them one star because it's nothing lower. I applied for an online loan through Advance America. They let me know I was approved and it would take 24 hours for funds to be entered in my account. Next day, they reached out saying my credit score wasn't high enough so they would send me funds to send to another company to boost my credit score. In actuality, they went in my personal bank account and filed claims for me to send to them

I am very frustrated and disappointed with the allegations about my personal information and financial information I've been receiving harassment calls from the branch manager Sintorria N***** and also have made complaints and none have been followed up on. I am disputing this alone and the details and amount for the loan. Ms N***** ruined my relationship with other financial partners and I think she deserves to be put out of business.

SCAM!!! Spoke to a David who approved a loan for me for 1500. He said that they will put 1054 in my acct and I am to send it right back. He said he will send me a barcode, then I go to Walmart with that code to make sure my banking info is accurate. They got the 1054 from my account by DISPUTING 3 CHARGES IN MY ACCT FOR MY CAR PMTS SO THE BANK REVERSED THOSE PMTS WHICH GAVE ME THE 1054 CREDIT!!! SCANDALOUS! When they told me to go to Walmart etc I immediately reported the crooks to my bank. The bank was very familiar with this scam and took care of it immediately. Beware and SHAME IN ADVANCE AMERICA!!!! They deserve negative stars

I was on a payment plan with my final payment being due June 21st 2024 on May the 17th I called Advance America made a payment my card chip didn't work I had to get a new card same number different CVV different expiration date I entered all of that information it said that my account was paid the next day I did not see the payment pending as usual. I called adv am the lady said it rejected my card because maybe it was new she told me I would be okay since I made the payment with herbasbitbwasnt my fault it rejected andb I wasn't alerted. on May 24th I get a text message that my payment did not come out and was rejected there was no payment due May 24th I called and they said I didn't keep up my payments and that I was kicked off the payment plan but I did keep up my payments it was not my fault that it rejected my card I did not know they should have alerted me instead now they want me to pay off early which is unfair. I believe that they rejected my card on purpose so that they could make me pay early I can't afford to do so I cannot afford to make a payment on the 31st as they made me but I can't afford to make a payment the Friday after that they are wrong they should have a concession I did not not make this payment I made the payment on time on the day it was due I'm knowing that my card was rejected no message was sent to me as it was on the 24th when the payment was not due I want an attorney and I'm looking into their class action suit

I was approved for a loan by a guy who claimed his name was Mark W*****. After going through all the loan process, I was told that they would make a small deposit in my account and o was to return it. Or they would work through a creditor o have to make the payment. This is not what was advertised and sounded like a scam. I told them to cancel the process and immediately changed my bank account information.
They even tried to claim o accepted a loan from them on December and never returned the deposit. I did no such thing.
This is a scam out of California. Even after I told them off, they called back!
I will be reporting them to the authorities
I have to gove them a star bit done feel they deserve it.

Will be seeking legal action against this company…

Have been receiving harassing and threatening phone calls from someone saying they represent AA and will be serving me papers at place of employment.

Keep calling and harassing me. Always hang up after they threaten me.

I don't know anything about the real business named Advanced America except today they denied my request for a loan.
A few days ago I was contacted by a man named Eric F****** He claimed to be an employee of Advanced America and my loan request had been approved. I had applied with several loan companies and I thought Advanced America was one of them.
Well, I was scammed and nearly had my checking account emptied. Fortunately the fraud department at my bank caught the transaction before it occurred.
I found out today the IP address used for the transaction was from the Maldives.
Someone is passing themselves off as employees of Advanced America so please be very careful if you are in the process of securing a loan.
      Just a warning!

Horrible customer service via chat and phone. ZERO STARS should be an option. All I wanted was to get an email address to which I could forward two suspicious email solicitations, which were follow-ups to illegal telemarketing solicitations. Advance America gives pathetic lip service to combatting fraud.
